- What has a single pickup, sounds incredible, plays great, and happens to be 67 years old? This 1952 Fender Esquire of course! This one comes to us from a collector who was the second owner, and is in top notch condition. A perfect medium-chunky C-shaped neck profile plays great with the resonance of the Ash body sustaining perfectly. This guitar has one of the finest single-coil pickups we've heard in any guitar, and it all comes wrapped up in an original "thermometer" case complete with the original strap! We're handing this one off to Aaron Hiebert for a demo through a beautiful 1967 Fender Princeton Reverb today.

Aaron’s playing... wow. While all guest players are terrific - Aaron’s got the style that makes me get the headphones and LISTEN.
That guitar has a beautiful spirit. 😎
A dream guitar...and amp.
Man that guitar is unreal sounding...giving me the woozies.....the last time I felt that good was when I was on morphine in the hospital.....he is doing it justice too!
What a guitar, and a player! Good job folks.

My favorite guitar
The first chord sounded like it came from piano-forte! That was the best Fender Esquire I have heaed so far.

Great amp choice! This sounds guitar amazing.
Great demo
Darn. You beat me to it!
Awesome
The photo of the original owner was cool.
Better twang than even a black guard tele.

What can you say about this guitar ? How about 1) what wood is the body ...... 2) what does it weigh ? 3) what size strings are on it ?
Love the playing. Aaron is awesome. His jam reminded me of the White Stripes. A la.. I think I smell a rat...
Wow
Jauza!! that thang..4:50 goodnight sir
3 way switch functions?
Typically it's: 1) Pickup with tone control, 2) Pickup bypassing tone control, 3) extra bassy circuit.
@@jarodivey9033 Thx
Dark, normal, bright
What song was he playing?
I believe that was total improv
Those bodies were pine and I like how you didn't show the headstock in verry much detail. What I did see looked like the logo Esquire was cheaply done(forged)I to smell a rat.
I can get a fender Esquire for 1/10th of the price of that one
