So appreciate your perseverance to have been in your position for 10 years! It also gives you an unusual perspective, one I have rarely heard: the Muslim and Calvinism similarities😮 Thanks for taking the time for making this 😊
One of the foundational doctrines of Islam is the absolute sovereignty, to the point of determinism, of Allah. Allah knows everything, determines everything, decrees everything, and orders everything. Allah is even the cause of evil (Unveiling Islam, p. 109). It follows that Allah predestines all who will be saved and all who will be eternally damned. Of those who cannot be saved, Surah 2:6-7 states: It follows that Calvinism and Islam are both inherently fatalistic. In Calvinism, the sovereign God elects those who will be saved and rejects all others, as seen repeatedly in Calvin’s writings: …some are preordained to eternal life, others to eternal damnation; and, accordingly, as each has been created for one or other of those ends, we say that he has been predestined to life or death (Institutes, 3.21.5). The reason they share the same Theology is that they come from the same source of inspiration! They all are writing down the Doctrine of Demons they embrace and willingly! Truth In Love
Predestination is a close-minded notion that denies Omnipotence because it is a narrow interpretation. It contradicts free will. The Council of Jerusalem 1672 declared it a heresy. Calvin burnt heretics and his followers burned witches.
God’s sovereign will can be done within a framework where the individual has free will within God’s ordained limits. He can accomplish his ends despite your free will. I fail to see how hard this is for calvinists to grasp. It’s just like the can God create rock too big for him to lift meme. He establishes the bounds of our reality, he could sovereignty break those bounds at any point if he wants to, but chooses not to. Augustine’s nonsense influenced both Islam and Calvinism so it’s no wonder they’re the same with a different paint job. Just more Roman Harlot nonsense. Waiting for a volley of Calvin/Luther quotes because that’s all they know.
Sovereign has never meant absolute control like calvanist teach. Sovereign has always meant supreme or highest ruler with highest authority. Not control but authority
So i absolutely agree with you. But you teach that calvanist are your brothers and sisters.. does that mean you also consoder muslims brothers and sisters/ heirs of the Kingdom of the one true God?
Abud Darda' reported God’s messenger as saying, “God created Adam when He created him and struck his right shoulder and brought forth his offspring white like small ants. And he struck his left shoulder and brought forth his offspring black as though they were charcoal. Then He said to the party on his right side, ‘To paradise, and I do not care’ and He said to the party in his left shoulder, ‘To hell, and I do not care’.” Mishkat al-Masabih 119 In-book reference : Book 1, Hadith 112

In affirming the "Sovereignty" of God, Calvinists really give God a compliment he never asked for.

You’ve made a quite a few claims about Calvinism. Can you qualify each of these claims with evidence? Or, are we to take you at your word alone?
Calvinism is just Christianized Islam.
