In the USA, we have companies that supply products to industrial customers that use high pressure hoses... hydraulic, pneumatic, etc. The one I went to is called "Power and Rubber Supply," I think. Auto parts stores also carry this type of o-ring, but not usually in the size you will need.
Thanks for getting back! Unfortunately here in Australia, you have to buy the entire coolant sensor. When I tried to buy the rubber O-Ring from USA, they charged 60 bucks for the shipping so it ended up being cheaper to buy the sensor itself. Also everything here is ridiculously expensive for NO reason. Ergh!
Great video and thanks for listing the part specs. It was easy for me to track down a seal supply store and gave them the AS568-203 Viton part you specified. Saved me buying the entire sensor for $40 at Autozone

just found my leak and was exactly as described in the video. replaced o ring and pumped it with pressure, no more leak!!!
