It's the first podcast of yours I've listened to and your laughs sound like actual characters from the game, minds broken from the horrible situation, only able to laugh to cope. 10/10
Hooray my suggestion made it! I always feel bad going through the research hall, the patients are all just victims and we have to kill them to get through to Maria
I have some content for ya guys, GRIFTERS of Bloodborne? The story of How Laurence and a few bad eggs mislead the xenophobic Citizens of yarhnam. Is he just a sick puppy with a lust for money and power or is he a misunderstood Philanthropist with a penchant for Eldritch horror? Find out next time on the snack covenant. My head cannon for Lawrence is that he journeyed so far through the dreamlands he reached Kadath Haphazardly fell out of the dream stairway and into our world. Where he took up the mantle of a Ethnocentric xenophobic racist man by the name of H P Lovecraft.
I was listening to a cool podcast while eating my breakfast, everything was normal, Sin and Sophie are talking about stuff, then I hear french. I got jumpscared by them speaking french, because I'm french I'm used to switch to "english mode" when I listen to stuff. I got spoooked by my native language, what the slug?
Oh talking about lab snacks, in my first chemistry/biochem labs we'd get some cakes and desserts every week - basically whenever someone would break glasswear (pretty common). It was pretty nice after a full day standing up. I loved the Research Hall so much. It took awhile for me to feel familiar with the level, and that was nice. The patients are so fitting too. They all look so gruesome and sound so disturbing. Loved the podcast, I learned a bit and it was fun.
What if the patients being in the Hunter’s Nightmare are symbolic of the healing church’s crimes instead of literal patients. The ones with the drip are very reminiscent of blood ministration from the start of the game. The ones that act like scourge beasts are symbolic of the beast scourge while the ones with the infected hands are supposed to be reminiscent of ashen blood sickness which poisoned Old Yharnam. The ones in the garden are symbolic of the Choir and the Lumenflower garden. I’m not sure what to make of the headless ones but I’m sure it means something
So Laurence ventured to the deepest depths of the Chalice Dungeons and found the Ancient Queen Yharnam and took her baby, brought it back to Gehrmans old workshop to beckon an Elder God to make a deal, right? Did he do this before he went to the fishing hamlet? Because didn’t he also bring the Kos fetus back to the old workshop?
The order of events is 1. Fishing Hamlet 2. Orphan's body taken back to Byrgenwerth 3. Laurence leaves Byrgenwerth, founds Healing Church 4. Moon Presence summoned [it's never made clear which child does this, although it logically has to be Annalise's] 5. Laurence goes to Labyrinth
probably my favorite bloodborne comedy podcast. PROBABLY

U don't have to kill them u asshole :p
Sin sounds extra professional when she speaks french. Also best comedy episode.
"Report on The Ethics in Laurence's lab" should be on the next Calls of Bloodborne.
can we see the body?
"no i burned it to prevent the proliferation of its filth"
oh.... damn
pretty sure if anyone in the healing church saw a werewolf running around they'd just be like - another Mondays morning
Did anyone notice how we never see the background... I wonder what's there!
I did notice all of the extreme close ups
