Thumbs up on all your relevant topics. Perhaps a future video on Italian wines and regions? Wine is certainly a relevant topic!

Thanks Chris! I’m really looking forward to that interview.. Also thanks to Pete for all that must go on behind the scenes. Best of the Season to you and yours.

The renovations are complete and we can't wait to get there and film all fo the details. Stay tuned for the Praja Vecchia remodel. it is truly spectacular and these young men are so amazing!
Do you set up a contract before paying a deposit? Or pay and discover problems? Are the problems easily solved? I have found a few properties that seem promising but estate agents lose interest if I ask too many questions and never hear from them again. This has happened three times. It seems like they just want to close the sale without going into too much detail. Do Remax handle the really cheap houses too? Back home I find them very expensive.
Hello! If the agents lose interest, they are the wrong agents. Remax. From what I understand, handles all types of property. You can email me and I can answer some questions. Info@supersavvytravelers.com
I've just found the same problem looking in Puglia these past weeks. I'm really the only customer in this time..so its bizarre they are hustling fast to close. I too need a lot of information about the places. Ive realized there is a new sleu of " fast realestate" franchise chains and their employees are trained to work similar in style to employees in fast food chains. When its so ridiculously rushed, I just leave. I've lowered my price range to 30,000 and was offered places in the 20-50,000 price range. It seems they are available, even through this fast real-estate.
Could I get a referral to a realtor that handles the Volterra, Lajatico or Pomarance area? Or maybe a realtor within knows a trusted realtor in that area. Thank you
Hi Jackie, We don't have anyone at this point however I will be getting my International license soon and can help you. I am calendaring you for March to check in.
Hi Chris, We regularly scour a few of the real estate websites for properties in Santa Domenica Talao and Orsomarso, but we have seen very few new listings over the past few months. Will you be adding properties or information about packaged properties to you Super Savvy website anytime soon? Fingers crossed that we will be able to tour several properties and also meet you in Pete in the spring. Merry Christmas and happy New Year to you both! (P.S. You new home is beautiful! ☺️)
Hi Jennifer! You are right. Many of the properties have been on the sites for a long time. There are so many more available. We had planned to be there over Christmas but they had another lock down so it is looking like Spring again. At that point we can head over and Antonello and Pete and I will create some really great videos. Meanwhile I will ask Antonello for some more photos of properties available so that we can give you some options. It might not be until after the New Year as everything shuts down in Italy for the holidays. Please have a wonderful holiday season! I hope we can all get there together soon!

Thank you for the studiolegale information ! We are considering to look for a property in about 2 years, in Puglia, for retirement. We have the advantage of being from the EU and close to Italy, but buying in a foreign language is daunting... Can you give a rough number for what a lawyer like the studio legale costs, for representation for the complete buying process ?
Hello, I know I have replied to your comment several times but for some reason it keeps coming back without my response. I apologize for the delay in getting this information to you. In answer to your question, it all depends as far as legal costs go and how much you have done by an attorney. That said there is a lot of ground work you can do yourself and save a lot of money in legal fees by being prepared for your attorney appointment. You can find all that out from our course and the details are in the detail section below. Let me know how it goes!
