Love the content you make at the coffe club and I had a question about coaching. I’m self coached at the moment but i’m struggling with ways of improving my plant and would love for you to talk about training plans or how to structur them. Right now i’m consistently at 6days of running (90km per week) with hill repeats, and two thresholds (4x2k,8x1k) in the mornings. And otherwise easy/recovery runs in the evenings of the workouts and the other days. Long runs on saturday and sunday off.
Doping is damaging our sport in terrible ways. All the heard work to build an audience and these types of disappointments. It’s heard to invest the emotional energy into following an athlete only to be slapped with the reality those performances that thrilled, were enhanced. The questions start, you start to wonder and soon you lose interest and drift elsewhere… it’s so sad. Their our no short cuts to becoming good. No edge is worth it.

What is the "boost" they are referring to?
It's an anti-gravity treadmill that allows you to run at less than max body weight for lower impact
