Weak tutorial. You spent almost 9 minutes explaining how to change velocity of some notes, add additional kick drum here and there, plus you revealed that you can use open hats in a beat. There is nothing useful in this tutorial for a beginner. The beat has more content to it, but doesn't get any more interesting. There is not grove/swing in this, no variety, no explanation of basics of rhythm and motion. In 10 minutes you can do that easily. At 4:08 you said "it starts to sound like a whole song" - what a joke.

But you managed to advertise your newsletter that's something.

You forget the fact that somehow it seams you watched the whole video ;) and took the time to react… but fyi more indepth stuff is in the making! So hopefully a later video will please you more! And to be honest you dont want to know how many people just stop at the basic of just one bar repeating without everything mentioned.

You could have given him the same feedback without putting him down! I don't believe his intentions were to provide a tutorial that is not useful :)
"While I appreciate the effort in this tutorial, I think it could benefit from a different approach for beginners. Spending nearly 9 minutes on minor details like velocity tweaks and isolated kick drums can feel overwhelming. While open hats are cool, revealing that early might take away the joy of discovery.
The beat itself, though more complex, doesn't quite land the "whole song" feel mentioned at 4:08. Honestly, that can be misleading for beginners.
Instead, focusing on the core concepts of rhythm, groove, and building variation early on would be much more valuable. Explaining swing, exploring ghost notes, and encouraging experimentation with different sounds would create a more engaging and empowering learning experience. Remember, 10 minutes is plenty to lay that solid foundation!"

@@PanopticMotion thnx for putting this up, but to be honest, i do this long enough to don’t get offended by People whi click on this kind of videos and posting this kind of feedback, without creating videos them self or music. These are mostly persons who are frustrated with there own incompetence searching for the things they cant come up themselves…,
