- Welcome to my channel, if you're new here my name is Peachy and this channel is all about my Sylvanian Families / Calico Critters collection.
In today's video I'm setting up the Country Manor which was released by Tomy in the early 90s. I've wanted to set up this house for my Waddlington Duck family for a while and finally got around to filming it! I've used a variety of furniture for this house set up, from vintage Tomy right up to modern Epoch.

These houses are roomier than some of the newer houses. I love the way you furnished them. That fireplace is gorgeous, I had never seen it before. Have a good week!
Thank you! These older houses are much more rewarding to set up I find, though the smaller ones do offer a fun challenge sometimes 😁

Thank you! Woodland lodge is still on my to-do list. I've gotten pretty much all the furniture pieces I would like to put in it now though, so hopefully be able to film that soon!

Thank you! That's my favourite of the rooms. I would like to get some wallpaper and curtains in but debating on colours and patterns still at the moment. I seem to be able to care exponentially more about my Sylvanian's interior design than my real life house 😂
Tell me about it! My own house is a mess (largely because of my Sylvanian collection), but I am so picky about THEIR little home interiors. I love wallpaper - it makes a huge difference and so fun to pick out. But oh so time consuming! 😂
It does take a lot of thought and planning to make the houses look so good! You have done a wonderful job!
Thank you very much! You're right, I spend quite some time deliberating what furniture to use in each house to have it look cohesive, more time than my real life house 😂
Both houses are fantastic and so spacious, I love them and you decorated them beautifully.
The terrace is huge and you can create beautiful scenes, I loved the final result.
The furniture you chose matches the Waddlingtons perfectly, that's exactly how I imagine their house🥰.

I really want some old furniture’s now! Only in ebay now? Do you have some questions tips?
The best place I've found is second-hand sites like ebay and mercari for the older furniture. Facebook marketplace too, but you have to be careful not to get scammed on there. There's also a site based in Japan called KobeeJapan that get some secondhand furniture in quite often. Hope that helps 😊
