Hey Arnold, the best cartoon ever.
Gargoyles my favorite show yo in Disney
There were so many good cartoons in the 90s that a list of only 10 just scratches the surface.
They could have done the top 10 of each year and it still would have left so many good ones out.
@Sheldon somebody gets butthurt easily.

In my opinion I really think 90s and 2010s cartoons were the most well written, witty and funniest cartoons of all time.

Omg same. Well i watched the borrowers movie with my entire family but my first time going with a friend was to watch the rugrats movie. I was in second grade i think (we had a parent there of course)

@@Mowntandewey It's got the greatest intro music as well imo. That intro was hardcore
X-Men was so good, even my aunt got up saturday morning to watch it, and she cant fall asleep before 5 am.
The “What-A-Cartoon” lineup was insanely good. PPG, Johnny Bravo, Cow and Chicken, Dexter’s Laboratory, I Am Weasel. Soooo good!
What-A-Cartoon is where I saw the Powerpuff Girls for the first time ever. I enjoyed the episode Meat Fuzzy Lumpkins.
Forgot about The Kids Next Door started from there too.

My sister & I still quote it till today.
My son and I do the same. In fact, this morning, before seeing this video, we were talking on the phone and he mentioned our plans for visiting today. It immediately made me think of Pinky and the Brain, so out came that line.

"Brain: Pinky, are you pondering what I'm pondering?" "Pinky: I think so brain."
"Pinky: Gee what are going to do tonight Brain? The Brain: Same thing we do every night Pinky... TRY TO TAKE OVER THE WORLD"

It said something about how iconic Batman:TAS was (and still is) when the opening credits _never had to mention the title._
1991 and 1999 are the only years open for me. People will say spongebob and rugrats but there were so many iconic cartoons that came out those years.

Animaniacs mostly is like it's old self, but i agree with you about the other remakes, i HATED Ducktales new art style.
Lol the reboots of Animanicas, DuckTales, and Rugrats are actually pretty decent in my opinion.
@Sheldon i disagree with that notion a bit, sure nostalgia can be a factor and perhaps it does cause people to set a high standard, but i think that's fair since they are literally doubling down on that nostalgia by remaking it instead of trying to create something new.
@@YakkoWarnerTower Animaniacs seems to do alright, the quality writing is there, they just need to not show their political stances. meanwhile with Ducktales i dont like the new art style, as it looks like any other Disney toon at the time, but then i guess that's par for the course with Disney. not seen the new Rugrats yet, but i'm not sold on the CG art style there either.

This and 2000's they brought back good cartoons again the 2010's weren't bad either but there's a lot of cartoons during the last decade that are too similar to each other the 2020's have the same problem
The 90's was hands down the BEST time for kids programming (live action, and animated)

Harley Quinn is the one up Batman had over X-Men for me, but overall I wouldve put X-Men ahead of Bats.
if only they werent started the same year, then they wouldnt have to fight.
Not only Harley, but characters like Mr. Freeze, Two-Face, and The Joker were all done so well. Not only that, but the animation was pretty bad and hard to watch for the X-Men show, but it also had really good stories.
@@lordofthesithvader9430 I meant Harley in the sense that the show actually created her. The comics actually adapted to having her because of the show creating her and the popularity she gained. I love both shows, the stories and characters resonated more with me with X-Men.
@@lordofthesithvader9430 also, agree the animation of Batman was definately better than X-Men. And also had some very good character portrayals. Bottom line is, I don't believe either is a bad choice, just comes down to preference. Both were amazing.

@@YakkoWarnerTower brutally underrated, and people reacted negatively to episodes that were teaching something important, like when Eliza got shot due to Broadway playing with her gun.

I was "17 to 20" in those years as well, and I felt Animaniacs and Gargoyles were directed more for us, than for 7 to 10 year olds. It was a good time to be a teenager that was into animation - previous generations had to "outgrow" animation.

Sailor Moon was my favorite series in my childhood. 🌙
Gargoyles should get a spinoff with continuing the story we read in the comics or a reboot like Netflix Carmen Sandiego (original Where On Earth Is Carmen Sandiego), as long as it does justice and not wreck its cult following. Digimon should've been at least mentioned as an honorable. The next video should also be "Top 10 Best 2000's Cartoons of Each year", with #10 being Yu-Gi-Oh! for 2000.
Agree with you on Yu-gi-oh. It over throw my love for Digimon.
A continuation once again written by Greg Weisman would be nice (although very unlikely at this point), but there's no point in a reboot since the original version is already just about perfect and has aged like fine wine.
Dont be silly, Professor Oak, mice don't exist

@@brianodonnell4496 I loved the slapstick version of Sonic, even if people hated it for the cheap animation style, Schnookums & Meat was awesome too bad it only lasted 1 Season, admittedly I didn't watch Timon & Pumbaa that much so can't really comment on that one. & The Original 3 Nicktoons Doug, Rugrats, & Ren & Stimpy we're the greatest too bad Rocko's Modern Life didn't come out until later otherwise it'd be the Best 4 Originals.
@@user-em6ie2be7x cool love your list. I was just trying to say it was not eligible for this list.
Beast wars, Gargoyles, Hey Arnold were a few of my FAVS yo!
1994, while I really enjoyed Gargoyles, I enjoyed Reboot even more.
There was a lot of cartoons from the 90s that I really loved.
