Thank you Lauren! I tried the Maypop! Thanks for inspiring me to get it! I also learned that coral Honeysuckle is a host plant to snowberry clearwing moth! Not a common visitor but still exciting to learn that we could get a visitor!

Loved the video. I just bought my first Lonicera here in SC. All I have right now is a the typical wooden fence that separates property but that is where I have to grow vines. I wanted to tell you my lonicera leaves are green with a swirly silver blue waves on the leaves. Really cool looking. It was the only one at a native plant nursery I go to. So much rain around here I feel like I need to wring it out! I only do container gardening so I am thankful for the rain but everything is full. 55 gal. drum and various other tubs and the containers are all but floating. Things are hanging in there with the peeks of sun but I think if I had a hair dryer I would be using it for the plants! Thanks for the video.

I always look forward to your videos! So I talked to my next door neighbor and asked her if I could use her chain link fence that the divides our side yards for vines. She said yes! I've already bought a native passionfruit and I think I'll add this one too. I've also added a gardenia a few months back and I have sunshine mimosa growing under it as ground cover. Looks beautiful, but I've has a major issue with mealy bugs on the gardenia. I keep spot treating with soap and water. Same thing with my cassia. Oh the joys of gardening. LOL

You are so sweet! 😊 That is so exciting about the fence! What a nice neighbor 😄 Your garden sounds beautiful! I can’t wait for all of it to be in bloom! I’ve had some mealy bug problems on my white tropical sage... it is getting better and nature is helping too! Best wishes on the new fence project! 😄

Another great video! Love the vines! Honeysuckle is a favorite. Red and orange remind me of Florida. Loving seeing your space come together. Have a wonderful weekend.

Thank you Rhea! 😄 It is looking better and better! I’m glad you agree that coral reds are the Florida look! I’m always trying to figure out what has the “Florida look” 😅 Have a wonderful weekend too!

Malibar spinach! Nice! It is always so slow in the beginning... and then bam then they are growing so fast! I can’t wait to hear this goes on your fence 😄

I just got one of these, of course I searched for it and you have a video out there! 😊
What does it look like 2 years later? Was the trellis a good spot?

Yay! Hi Amber! It looked great but the trellis collapsed during Hurricane Ian 😕
