If this saves anyone else a headache, while Barebones makes some great stuff, that hatchet is not to be trusted. I took it to MN boundary waters in the winter and it shattered on the first use splitting wood. Fortunate to have had some other options.

We came to hear you, however we must fight the background music. Many folks have hearing difficulties, thus the background music quickly becomes intrusive, distracting, and very annoying.

Terrible survival pack… that is one of the worst knife choices you could pick. Use a fixed blade full tang knife. And if you had no choice to use a folder. It certainly wouldn’t be a garbage James brand knife.

He lost me at a crappy james brand knife. Rather use an ESEE Fixed blade. Easier to take care of and maintain the edge. JB is trash.
