Like what you ate for breakfast lunch and dinner, weighing yourself, and if you not dropping weight how would you measure out smaller portions or skip meals or something like that. Would be good to talk a little about the mental part too, some people have a hard time not eating till satiation or dealing with feeling hungry. Do you care about being full, how do you deal with that, or trick your body or intermediate fast etc.
