@@Sam_8_6 these are the best drivers in the world Lewis has been in enough races to know that a heavy car at the beginning of the race is gonna understeer a lot. One of the many things that makes them the best drivers in the world is their ablility to adapt to and control the car in different situations. In this situation Lewis was in a car full of fuel heading into a high speed corner, do you not think he is smart and experienced enough to know the car is probably gonna understeer? 100% Lewis' fault in this situation and a rare lapse of judgement for him.
Understeer is most definitely a controllable factor as well, all it is a lack of grip on the front tires as you turn in, they can use the pedals(in this case by lifting off the accelerator and pressing the brakes) to shift the weight of the car forward onto the fronts and provide more grip, here though he carried to much speed and understeered. Not saying he did it on purpose but he has all the ability to control it and just didn't.
@@jamboni4869 understeer is not always in every single corner even at starts, he had no idea it was gonna understeer, and he would not have had enough time to realise the cars understeerung and press harder on the brakes. Lewis made the exact same move 3 more times in this race with no issues, the only problem was Max cutting across him because he refuses to yield, the only person with a bias is you
@ nonsense the other times that you are talking about Lewis drove a lot closer to the apax and left more room for the other driver on the outside. The difference between the overtake on Max and the other overtakes in that corner wasn’t Max but the line that Lewis drove. If you cannot see that, then you might want to check your eyes. All the greats have or had moments like this! It's called racing! Guess what happens if you race the fastest cars in the world indeed shit and misjudgements happen from time to time! More often , if your unexperienced in the middle of the pack. Less if your experienced and in front often. Ironicly once you slow down into the pack again you need to relearn how to pass with the latest version of the formula one car again. If people have a problem with that then perhaps look for another sport to enjoy. As max fan i do not blame Hamilton here for a misjudgement it's not like Max never makes a mistake it's just part of the sport. Just realize for a damn second if moments like this never happen again and the sport is safe it's no longer the racing we all love and enjoy although it boils our blood in the moment from time to time. Well guess what that also make it exciting to watch.
This was the single action by Hamilton where I've always felt that a deep research and possible legal action should have happened. This was a strong attempt of inflicting harm in one of the fastest corners possible. I believe it was on the table, but Max and Red Bull chose a different route, which paid off immensely.
- Max was ahead at the apex - Lewis was deep on the inside - Both drivers carried far too much speed into the corner to try and stay ahead - Lewis tried to back out halfway through - Verstappen turns in too tight - Hamilton understeers - Contact

@@justnuveeer ah thank you! That's makes sense
@@willcook1530yes 250 km/h-0 in a certain amount of time

here we have, max at THAT one site
And that's how Hudson Hornet 51 almost killed F1 driver verstappen.
51 g force is crazy
Creaming urself after a crazy crash, now I know what sound to watch out for
100% blame on Hamilton he could’ve turned in more and still would’ve made the corner… + he wasn’t ahead of the apex so max wasn’t obligated to leave him space, it should’ve been a 10 sec penalty plus grid penalty or a 1 race ban but doesn’t matter anymore because karma struck at Abu Dhabi 😅
He was literally as far right as he could be + you do realise on lap 1 they have 110kg of fuel on board, he understeered which isnt a controlable factor, he didnt choose to understeer 😂 he got a 10s penalty, which was the correct decision, no fan of the sport wants to see drivers getting banned from races, its called hard racing, it doesnt always work out. And we all know how fucked up abu dhabi was but max fans are too deluded and bias to realise and admit. If it was the other way around there wouldve been riots and max wouldve got the title back 😂
@@Sam_8_6 these are the best drivers in the world Lewis has been in enough races to know that a heavy car at the beginning of the race is gonna understeer a lot.
Not only would this cause him to lock up and hit max but also he's going 200 mph, the process of turning and then seeing understeer happens so quickly he would not have had time to react. Tbh I think it's a racing incident, but more blame does go to Lewis.
Anyway we all know how max didn't get punished in Brazil when he clearly should have and then the fia conveniently couldn't find maxs on-board for ages! Biggest robbery in f1 history in Abu Dhabi. Impeding in Singapore, no punishment when any other driver would have, and this year in austria he doesn't get punished for moving under braking and then crashes into Lewis in hungary and blames Lewis 🤣
Max in austria - moves under braking
Max in hungary - "you can't move under braking"
Max in austria - "you can't divebomb!!!"
Max in hungary - *divebombs out of control*
Biggest hypocrit in f1 🤡🤡
P.s thanks for having some brain power and knowing Silverstone wasn't on purpose,, so many max fans think it was
@@Sam_8_6 I'm not a max fan lol far from it, I frequently refer to him as crashstappen and I signed like 6 petetiions for the 2021 result to be overturned for Lewis. Least favorite thing about this community is when you try to be unbiased people will always assume your a fan of whoever you think is in the right, when simply all these drivers have situations where they make mistakes bc there human.
People who think Silverstone was on purpose don't realize the risk Lewis would be taking making contact at that speed very easily could have been both of them in the wall
It's yes or no question Max...
Does anyone know how fast he was going when he made impact with the barrier?
You should watch the footage from spectators at the track i would Guess around 230 km/h tho
@wzawzdb. Wow. Crazy how drivers walk away after taking a shot like that
I would feel for lewis after abu dhabi but then i remember this and everytime i think abt this i become more religious
I live in silverstone at 10pm i woke up because all i could hear was a party about lewis hamilton
This was just taking out the competition
You can’t try to overtake at Copse in the inside!
You can’t
Check your history. Many have passed successfully into copse
Ok
funny he had sight problems after this yet now he made a GOAT race in the worst rain conditions (lowest vision) ending 1st from a 17th start
A single crash in F1 Could create a 51G dang.
sound like he just woke up
He was probably knocked out for a while.
"HERE COMES THE HAMILTON" 🗣️🗣️🗣️🔥🔥🔥🔥
I'm not digging this. Hate to hear him struggling to breathe.
Do you mean that you dont undersatnd then i can explaine he sounded like that because he just pulled 51 g forcec and a figther pilot pulla about 7 g forcec
@@OskarFredlundYou clearly dont know anything about g forces or F1 or fighter jets.
@@OskarFredlund Nah, I get it (but thanks for the explanation anyway). It's just that it bothers me hearing him having a hard time breathing.
I knew he went to the hospital afterward, but had never heard anything from the cockpit right after the crash.
@@Linus-tz2tk He is right, pilots go through 7G for a lot of time but Max went through 51G for a few milliseconds
Even if the G he is got was only for a a few milliseconds it is still deadly, the only reasons he is alive is because of the tire barriers or it would have been like Imola
@@bewinwilsonmathews1892 No. You clearly also dont know what you are talking about.
But i have a question: Are you a reasonable person and woud you understand if i explain it to you or woud you still try to fight your point because you dont want to be wrong? I'm just asking to safe time in case you dont want to understand, but if you do want to understand it i woud explain it to you.
The right man won that race.
Right man won that championship.
Lady Lulu shouldve been disqualified, completely missed the apex and couldve killed Max, and then celebrating and waving the flag, disgusting guy
He melted 25 points gap in wdc with this dirty move.
He never deserved that title during that season so at the end, everyone got what they deserved.
Verstappen getting zesty
This was not 51g, it was like 8g laterally
today FIA would give max penalty for swearing
Hamilton didn’t even try to make the corner. He was so far off the apex it’s ridiculous.
People who call this a racing accident are blinded by their bias.
And the ones who say that it was Max his fault are just completely out of touch with reality.
If the positions had been reversed and Max had been on the inside and Lewis had ended up in the barrier, I would have said Max was at fault.
But I know that you would have still claimed that it was Max his fault, like you true LH44 fanboy.
If you wan to overtake on the outside then you make sure you can make the move without contact or you back out. VER isn't interested in either of those options
@ it was Hamilton who tried to overtake Verstappen on the inside, not Verstappen who tried to overtake Hamilton on the outside 🙄
Why do you comment if you don’t even know what you’re talking about?
Now imagine surviving a 150G crash or worst.. there are cases in history.... insane
Fia president: you said what? That's a 50k fine and cleaning toilets for you
Did bro just bust
Clear intent to hit the outside car if you are not even close to the apex. At Copse corner with those speeds, you could consider that a murder attempt
I’d take that as a yes, he’s talking so he is awake and not d34d
Lewis didnt even try to take the corner.

This is the crash that swong me towards max...I was 50/50 until this
All the greats have or had moments like this! Well guess what that also make it exciting to watch.
now close your eyes and watch it again 💀
She liked it too Max
Im so happy max won that year. The disrespect from hamilton waving the flag as he won by ramming max into the wall
51g is wild
He had delayed pain reaction he could have been unconscious for few secs
Max weighted 3.5 tons at the time he crashed
This was the single action by Hamilton where I've always felt that a deep research and possible legal action should have happened. This was a strong attempt of inflicting harm in one of the fastest corners possible. I believe it was on the table, but Max and Red Bull chose a different route, which paid off immensely.
I'm amazed that he didn't tear any arteries in the crash.
All he needed was a 51g to become 4 time world championship
Yeah no that’s what I’d expect most humans to have a 51g hit to sound like.
- Max was ahead at the apex
- Lewis was deep on the inside
- Both drivers carried far too much speed into the corner to try and stay ahead
- Lewis tried to back out halfway through
- Verstappen turns in too tight
- Hamilton understeers
- Contact
That "corner" is flat out. If you don't take it flat out, you're slow.
@@tacticalmattress It isn't flat out from the inside line. Neither of them were on the ideal line.
@@tacticalmattressand on heavy fuel and cold tires that is impossible to take flat out
Max would have made the corner. Lewis, no.
hamilton entered deep and steered a bit left making max be farther out, which resulted in him needing to turn tighter in the corner
And Sky never give any notice even when he was to the hospital with the helicopter they still act like nothing happened it was a disgrace
