Wow love the truck. Sheesh. Just ordered a Thuren kit with for my 19 Megacab 3500 the custom 2.5s 8 week lead time so I’ll be getting my trac bar and sway bar soon and install it all at one go.
phi376 summary: trac bar is 100% for handling and sway bar is all about the feel. The sway bar will give you some peace for any off camber articulation concerns. Thuren recommends the trac bar before the sway bar but they usually suggest ordering both in 1 go. Looking at 890.00 for trac and sway together with free shipping from Thuren. 👍. Can’t go wrong with the upgrade.
Curious how much the sway bar changed things alone. And also curious how much better the fox shocks are over the bilstein 5100s because I've heard they're similar.
How do the Fox 2.0's feel in the back? I pull a camper and you say you pull alot so like you, I want to keep my stock springs and ride height in the back. Do they help with the ride while pulling? Do they help the ride while just driving with no load? Inquiring minds want to know!!!
I've watched this video about 4-6 times. You said you would give a review about the front sway bar since you installed it first but you skipped ahead and videos the rest of the parts after they shipped to you. Can you make a video about the front sway bar? There arent many good videos on that. Thanks. Do you have air brakes on that truck?? Sounded like you set the spring brake like on a semi or dump truck. Lol.
Nice looking Rig! Have an 18 Power Wagon (gas) and picking up a used (30k miles) Thuren 1.5 leveling kit with King 2.0 shocks for $350....seems like $ well spent? Hope buying used doesn't bite me in the ass....
The 2 inch makes it leveled perfect right? The 2.5 lifts the front just a little bit higher. Is this correct? I know some people say 2.5 makes it level
Measure your truck at stock height front and rear. That will tell you. I think the difference on my 2015 is 3". 2 or 2.5 makes it look level but because our eyes perceive a slight rake forward, a true "level" will appear to be front high at certain angles. Most people dont want a truly level look as the Thurin Fab channel explains. Check out that video from Thurin.
I did Thuren rear trackbar and now doing their 2 inch coils and front trackbar too. I might get their sway bars based on your suggestion.

Why do you need an alignment if you just changed shocks and springs? You kept the same ride height just a better way. Just cutious?
Did you put on an aftermarket track bar with this as well?

How do you find towing with the sway bar/softer coils? Have you had issues with payload in the back with it?
I know it’s been some years since posted but did the truck end up settling back down that 0.5 inch over spacers??

I have a 2014 Ram 2500 hemi. It has a Ranchhand prerunner style bumper on it. To level it, should I go with the 2 inch Thuren coil, or 3 inch?
I have a 2016 2500 Hemi I'm going to go with 2 inch front coils. If you are going off-roading you might want to go with 3-inch in the front
