I am still in the kitchen at 9:45pm, for the first time doing this ( your) recipe. I usually don't eat after 6pm but today I just can't stop eating them. They are so delicious! THANK YOU!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
This is a tasty looking receipt, and it is one that I will have to try sometime. Tomorrow, I am making a very similar Chocolate Biscotti receipt, only mine has Macadamia Nuts in it. You are right that this is simple. It is clearly presented, and everyone should be able to do this one. Also, I have made the same distinction you make about things being labour intensive as opposed to difficult. Biscotti take work, but they are not difficult. This was a good baking video.
OMG I´ve found you today and I don´t know what to say you´re since now one of my favorites, even i don´t speak english so well. Thanks for sharing your talent.
i made them me and my son for a couple years i planned to make but made them last year and my goodness it was long awaited but worth every yummy bite planning to make for Christmas

Hey, i like your recipes and they are usually simple... Am doing mostly the sweet ones but with some changes to make them more healthy and accessable to people with food disorder and diabetes.... Keep up the good work :)
This was really nice but a little tip before you put the white choclate dust the biscuits with some powdered sugar the choclate sticks better and the taste is better but this is very nice
Hi Laura! I loved the video, and so did my friend. Now, while watching some other baking videos, I came across a few questions. 1: In most of your baking, you mix in certain ingredients ( i.e: Chocolate Chips ) so that they evenly swim through the dish. Does this really matter for Biscotti? 2: I’m unsure about the Hazelnuts. I’m guessing they aren’t really needed. Could they be substituted for any other nut ( i.e: Almonds ) Thank You for the fun video. ~~~Seth Sora Skyie :)
@beea2001 i used almonds too :D and my dough wasnt dry at first it seems dry but keep on mixing i used my hands *not a good idea* it was super sticky but they came out perfect :D
hey laura, i tried making these, the mixture did not get as wet as yours. It was very very dry. I actually kept stirring it hoping it becomes a bit wet and it become only a bit wet. ANy ideas why this happened?
These look delicious! However, between this video and the online printed recipe there are at least 4 discrepancies that need correcting. Is it 325 or 425 degrees? Bake for 25, 30 or 35 minutes? Please Fix - THX!
Hey Laura from one Italian granddaughter to another. Thank you so much for bringing me back in the kitchen with my Nana . My heart is full again .
@searstower75 Sorry abou that! It is in fact 325 degrees! 325 the first time, and 300 the second time.

Biscottis are awesome
Please i want to know how much you use the flour and surge ?
How would they taste with walnuts instead? I don't have hazelnuts and I'd like to make some today!
Its really very good but I want to know the option to be used instead of eggs as I m veg
Laura can I make this and shipped them? Do you think they will go bad by the time they get there? Thanks. inside US.
I love how Laura is impatient. (:
How easy! Thanks for the tips! I will be making these as gifts this season:)
WOW what a speed !!!
i have a question; do you have to use unsweetened cacoa? because i only have that 'chocolatemilk' cacoa..
It's flour that can be used for anything, check in your local supermarket and go to the flour section then you'll see boldly All Purpose Flour.
God Bless! I love Triple Chocolate Biscotti (esp. Nonni's) Thank you so so much for this recipe, Laura :)

Do you have to use the nuts??
Thay look good,,,
can i use milk chocolate for the drizzling ? I'm not a big fan of white chocolate

would almonds be good instead of hazlenuts? I just love almond and chocolate together. ^^
funky is my new favourite word
Is it ok if you just made it like cookies instead? and without the hazelnuts
We’re do you get expression powder is it coffee or something else
Ilove how she says biscotti!
Do you have to use expresso Powder Laura? I try not to drink or consume any ☕️. Thank you!
It's just to contrast/ emphasize with the chocolate flavor.
What can I use as an egg substitute?
@beea2001 i used almonds too :D and my dough wasnt dry at first it seems dry but keep on mixing i used my hands *not a good idea* it was super sticky but they came out perfect :D
Thumbs up if you think we should all send an email to Food Network and try to get her on TV!!
