From what I heard, there's some gaming mouses whose buttons on the side are considered F keys , so F1 would be the 1st key, F2 the 2nd, etc etc. Meaning, the alt+F3 keybind would be alt + the 3rd mouse key, and not the F keys at the top of your keyboard. Which means, alt+F4 with the F4 from the mouse doesnt trigger the typical close of the program :P
I would recommend btw killing both closest pack because it guarantees basically a clean Emperor pull at the first try because the mobs are pathing way more back and be out of range of the boss. I did not kill this pack in this run as you can see. Also for Magmus you can guarantee your kill by attacking with your rogue once and placing him in a corner. In case the boss catches up to your hunter you can FD and make him path all the way back to your rogue which gives you enough time to re-aggro.
also don't forget to equip Insignia for Magmus cause he can stun you if in range. LiP und living action potion are also nice to have in the bag to get out of sticky situations

i'm having issues with the magmus cornering and was wondering if it's something i'm missing, he seems to not path completely into the corner but rather straight at me (cuts me off) Any advice on what i need to look out for?
i think it is a practice thing. Sometimes if he is close to you, you should always toggle off cheeta and switch to monkey up until he casts his ranged ability again. he can stun you in melee range, be aware of that. You can also start the pull by placing your pet somewhere in the middle of the room. once he catches up to you, you fd, heal, reposition and aggro him again. You can probably get 2 jokers extra like this. also swiftness potion is nice when running from one corner to the other. it's a little rng ofc when he casts his stun on your pet and the ranged ability, if he does it he stands still and gives you time to get distance. ye he doesn't path completely into the corner. you can try to run always on the far right of the room (right side of the torches), usually mob pathing gets slowed down once they have to run through objectives. if you get greedy for an extra auto before switching corners, he will catch up. if you wait too long, he will catch up too. magmus is the hardest part imo. but you'll get there, just try again and again. same story as with Dire maul tribute I believe :)

Using the trinket called "Renataki's Charm of Beasts". Use: Instantly clears the cooldowns of Aimed Shot, Multishot, Volley, and Arcane Shot. (3 Min Cooldown)
to make the emperor pull basically always a success, I recommend clearing also the pack I marked with square moon diamond cross right before pulling emp. the pack right of him has never elites afaik and is killed within less than 30sec and will make the last pull very easy^^.
@@ij2759 Are you blind? In this example: he sells HoJ. In retail: we boost some1 through m+ so he gets his item from the chest. It's the exact same thing.
@@sinnis4993 2 different communities, the market is also not saturated so its not as annoying. Retail boosting is also too accessible and gear differences make it a cake walk. The thing interesting about most classic boosts is that their usually difficult and require some skill to pull off solo. If classic did group carries like in retail and spammed it, I could see people disliking it.
I also believe its due to the wow token as well, everything can be obtained with real money in retail due to boosts which diminishes the value of gearing in general, to some extent it happens in classic with gold sellers but that's against tos and is frowned upon anyways.
you can see gear and specc and gear at 0:10, just play at 0,25x speed. I used t1 on purpose to show its doable with minor gear. talents are not really good for this farm, I used some mixed talents mainly to focus on pulling AQ40 before and did not swap talents for this BRD run.If you have T1 and Rhok'delar you are good to go :)
How is the "buyer" gonna get past all the mobs you skipped with feign death? And why would the "buyer" spend over an hour doing this with you when neither of you know if HoJ is even gonna drop? Very confusing
the buyer runs the same way as you obviously. mobs reset on the ledge in the torch room. the run takes 30mins if you practice couple runs solo, way faster duo obviously. why are people raiding multiple hours each week if they dont know whether their desired item is gonna drop? very confusing
@@Meurth If you check my buff tab, you will see I used howl when running past the dwarfs at 0:40. Howl will generate a small amount of threat and my pet will get all the focus from all the mobs I previously bodypulled but not attcked myself when howling. Once you jump down the cliff at incendious room, every mob resets that has been pulled previously anyway, so you don't even care if you pull fireguards or the boss itself.
@@Meurth works on all classes hunters are just the beat a lot of people so this I myself run brd emperor’s to get the trink stand in corner and 15 seconds later mobs rest
@@Cafe_TTV This is a dungeon, so yes ofc the other person needs to be the whole time in the same group. Doing this run in 12mins solo as hunter seems impossible, unless you have another strategy.
