Just keep doing what your doing Dennis. If you make some money out of it , fair play to you. Between you and rc tanks and trucks you guys really help the rc community.
Love your videos..and im subscribed...u give me more inspiration to actually complete some of my mods and future projects . what links did u use and are they still available, and i cant seem to find the option rc axles or the axles you have on the truck in video. Any help is appreciated and once again love the ideas and ingenuity you bring to the rc world ...and u make us old men look smart as hell 😂😂😂😂😂.keep up the good work . any chance you be working on other type of tamiya crawlers and other rc
Thanks my friend! good to hear your building, I found these on eBay I will look on there again to see if they have them listed, sometimes I have to go directly to the manufactures website, I will post a link here for you when I find them, we can show the young crowd builders how us old men roll, 🤣🤣🤣 I have some old school Tamiya Bruisers I want to do some builds with.
Grate video look like you could build a cheaper crawler than you can buy and better! I'm gonna build one I have an rc4wd tf2 and I I whant to put better axles on it so I'm gonna buy some for it and use the yota 2 axles for my new build!
I want to fit them links to bruiser chassis and the D90 11 red axles along with shocks Can I keep the 3 speed box and same prop shafts Also may be 80 mm shocks Cheers Deny Jonny
So what you are saying is you bought an HGP407 for $250 or whatever it costs And ripped everything out of it and just use the frame rails. Maybe I'm missing something but it makes no sense to me.

Cool idea bro! I like scratch building my own versions all the time, way cheaper and a sense of pride in the end,
Great vid. Anybody know where to get a hardened steel ring and pinion for the stock hg 0407a yoda axles. Tyvm
Thanks bro, I have been looking for a hardened gear set also, nothing yet but hopefully something will pop up out there in time.
Nice video.
Did you elevate your motor and transmission? They seem higher than normal.
If you did, do you have a video on how it's done?
Thanks
I have a second video on the build but haven't posted it yet, stay tuned it will be one of my next uploads.
@@dennisdempseyradiooutofcontrol i see..
Thanks, looking forward to it..
What is good size crawler wheeler and tire size from the real Bruiser ? Thanks
The first release bruiser had limited wheels but the tires could be changed out, I have ran the rc4wd 2.2 super swampers with good results,
I want to fit them links to bruiser chassis and the D90 11 red axles along with shocks
Can I keep the 3 speed box and same prop shafts
Also may be 80 mm shocks
Cheers Deny
Jonny
That will look amazing!

This is a nice mod, but didnt you said you bought this knock off bruiser to have a leaf suspension ?
The knock off has the leaf spring suspension, I wondered if a 4 link could be fitted on the stock frame.

I bought a frame and axles not the whole kit, then added some parts I had laying around to finish the truck. sorry for the confusion.
