I've been doing this in London for 15 years, I could retire in a year at 30 from the money i've made doing nothing more than junk removal and selling the good stuff. Instead i'm building an entire e commerce company with the hope of getting even more junk and scaling to hopefully a few hundred million £ valuation. Even to this day people laugh at me for doing work they think is "below them" yet I studied law at uni and make more than anyone I graduated with lol. Really enjoy this channel and seeing what you guys find over the pond.

I have never been afraid of work and I was blessed with the ability to solve abstract problems. I have a couple of ideas with the assets I already own and am just building them up at the moment. I never thought of junk removal at all, but it does make perfect sense. Thanks for the insight, and cheers.

Great points. I don't understand why pawn shops sell items maybe $10-20 less than new in the box. Stuff just sits there for months. You ask for 20% off, they look at you sideways. I don't get not selling 40%+ off and have the mdse move a lot faster and bring cash in.
