Having to deal with estate items from a distance is a big hassle. So they call junk removal services like ours to help out. For Us we get amazing stuff and it can be like Christmas Everyday!! So we were asked to do yet another junk removal from one of our regulars a 10 year customer, This is a retirement home facility and this section is kind of like a hospital when you need daily medical care, or close supervision.

Great fun finding silver and valuable stuff when clearing out old buildings or houses, when i was working on the demolition team in uk we was working in a bottling plant in oxford, and i came across some oak built in units was told to smash them up and get them out turnd out it was the presentation room for the long service members award givibg i took the doors off and we had over 10k in silve candelabras Wedgwood and Edinburgh hand cut led crystal was real nice and went to the store next door asked if they had sold the items to the bottling plant and showed them some of the things and low and behold they did they gave us a list of what they sold and prices we had a van full as i said silver Wedgwood and Edinburgh hand cut led crystal wewent through the list and found all items they sold it to the place for 15k and offerd us 10k to buy back but we kept it and shared it with the team

you need to go by the sold listings not current for sale. you can list an item at any price you want but it doesnt mean its worth it.

Or coinbase and binance just to name a few, if they are on there and they did not secure them enough or they store their password on there on in the House you can access the crypto, ofcause if they sre still alive you can not do it or you can help them get it back, maybe they pay you for it, 1 example a guy who was about to throu out several phones found 30000+$ on them
