@@karaleediscgolf you're always welcome to the store to sell your stuff, give clinic & sign some autographs. We're only 10 mins from the beach & ocean. I hope you would considerate it
Great video! I use a modified power grip where my middle finger isn't against the rim for almost everything. I have really big hands, so it's the most comfortable to me.
Thank you for doing this video, great job being all encompassing. Bottom line, do some field work and find out what works for you - using these different grips!
Started playing 2 months ago and learned a lot from your videos. I use the 2nd grip you showed for almost all of my shots. Will try your grip style for more technical wooded shots. I sometimes get my finger locked too hard and pull the disc on the narrow shots in the woods. Thanks for these videos. Stay dry in the cold LOL Best Wishes!!
Thanks you. I'm sick of people putting out videos saying there is one absolute truth to form and grip. so many pros will say otherwise. MJ is primarily a fan grip player even on drivers.
I thought the pinch grip had the plate pinched between the thumb and pointer finger, hence the name “pinch grip”. WhT are you “pinching” in your version?
I don't even like disc golf. Never even played it.. I just subbed because she's such a beautiful Woman! Beautiful face, beautiful body and her personality seems so sweet as well
might be the clearest explanation of grips I've seen . Thanks
Glad it was helpful!
Agreed. Just found this channel. This is the best explanation of different grip styles that I've found.
Great video for beginners.
Being honest about the grip is priceless. Maybe it will work for you is so true. Than you for posting.
You’re welcome! 😊
Great video!!!! Thanks so posting!! I’m going to try your grip styles out.
Did you end up trying them out? 😊
@@karaleediscgolf yes. Thank you. Still takes a little getting used to. But it’s going to work out great.
Lol been playing for 8 years and I thought the pinch grip was the power grip lol thanks for the tip can’t wait to try it out .
Happy to help!
Great video. I put it on here at the disc golf store I work at.
NICE

Your grip for accuracy is very like a back loaded grip. If you put your pinky under the rim too.
Nic video. Interesting grip with the mids/tech shot. Going to give it a shot, the rims on the mid are hard for me to find what’s comfortable
Yes my grip on my midranges are not common but it works very well for me!

Having my index finger on midranges ONLY really helps me on those tight wooded holes! I hope it helps you too :)

Fingernails definitely hurt grip and throwing consistency.
