I agree with everybody's body is different, but physics doesn't lie in that, there are absolutely reasons as to why certain pro's throw farther than others. Still enjoyed your video!
I think the elbow with the heat pump before the reach back is the more important part of the throw. When I learned that I generated so much more distance.
Thanks Kara ! I agree that it's an individual preference. Personally I don't reach back at all. I let the turn of my body generate power. The most important thing is to ease up and take it easy. Slow is smooth and smooth is far 👌 😎
Very impressive Kara. Glad to see you back. Keep up the great videos. 👍 Instant Fan!
Great advice
Just like throwing a ball everyone might be a little different, good advice

F=MA Not possible to break the laws of physics. It's that A bit that we all struggle with.
How do you generate that spin when you plant your foot? I'm a new player and I always catch myself getting stuck when I plant my foot at the end
Ah that’s a very complex question lol perhaps I can show you in a tutorial

It’s less about the reach back and more about the moving parts when you’re following thru for sure

I always keep my run up slow and then release all my power at the end of the throw. Slow is key
👍👍👍
Your pretty cool.
