I enjoy watching your channel even though I don't live in Houston but I have cousins who live in cypress in bridgeland. We always look at new home construction when visiting there. 🎉❤
Hi Aaron! I’ve decided I want to purchase my home in Elyson, and when I’m ready to purchase I’ll definitely contact you. You’re very knowledgeable on all the communities I’m interested in living in, and I’m looking forward to meeting you.
I love that place. Let’s connect. It’s never too early to get a game plan together. Here’s a link to my calendar ☺️: aaronlathan.prgtexas.net/buyer-consultation
The J Patrick was my favorite of them all! It should have had the outdoor kitchen and I would add a butler's pantry. What's the name of this one Aaron? I also love Perry homes that Plan 3445W I really love this plan because it has everything I like in it!! Is it offered here?
They didn’t have this plan labeled because it was mostly custom for JP. Looks like the closest size plan that can be built in Jordan Ranch is a 3465W. But I have had clients get approval on plans before. Has to jump through a few hoops but it’s likely possible.
Aaron, I love the one story homes. What is the school district. I need to apply for teaching jobs there. I am moving to Tx from Chicago in 6 months Lord willing.
Can you recommend a neighborhood with modern homes but more distance between homes and preferably with mature trees? I live in the Memorial area but would like to purchase a nicer home for less money than this area where anything less than 1.5 million is a dump
Modern and space really doesn’t go hand in hand in Houston. Most of the modern homes are in the city and land is a premium so it’s more efficient to build the town home style 2-4 story homes for developers. Even out in the burbs homes are usually 10-15 feet away from each other. There aren’t many communities that I’ve seen that’ll give you modern, space, and mature trees. People that usually want that combination typically end up doing a custom build in an established area. Or sacrificing the trees and building a nice home on an oversized lot in one of the master planned communities.
That’s true. No way around that. It’s usually a win for people moving from states income taxes areas. That and factoring in that a 600k house here is usually over a million in other places tends to make it make sense. But 1000 a month for taxes definitely is trash 🥴

Perry 2545 is a great home. They were smart with the layout and the elevation is so cozy. Beautiful home!

Just Love That Westin Home.
They’re a fan fave. People just hate that they’re all inventory now.

Too bad the property taxes are ridiculous in TX…
