Although I love Highland Homes, Perry is my second favorite. You are so right about Perry homes not sacrificing on space. Drees would be my dream home but I have awhile before I am ready to step up into that price range but its beautiful 😍

Landscaping has improved... the HOA is an absurd organization that could care less about the owners or their wishes ans desires.

Those are different layouts by Highland Homes. They’ve got detailed plans on their website to see the differences. I’ve also filmed them a few times on my channel.
If you don’t want to spend on a home right now Meridiana has townhomes in the back of the property.

No issues that I’m aware of. I believe construction was just getting started around Harvey times though. No issues since then.

I kept hearing really bad thing about the HOA and the amenities not working or being unavailable is this still true was looking at the 70-80 lots for the affordability.
That hasn’t been my experience. Only issue we had was getting our cards initially. They seem to be pretty proactive about items that are down and update us weekly on things corrected. Which builder were you looking at?
