    11/8 - mostly 2+2+3+2+2 in Serbia, Macedonia and Bulgaria :)

    You have one longer measurenin each iregular time signature called Hemiola. in 5/8 you will have two measures. Sou you could have 2 variations. hemiola in the first or in the second measure. in 7/8 you have 3 measures and 3 variations. in 9/8 you have 4 measures. in 11/8 5 measures and 5 variations. And etc.

    This is an interesting concept. You explain the technical aspect well, but I would like to suggest maybe an improvised solo or some freeform playing utilizing these time signatures. It would help in demonstrating how workable these meters are on hand drums.

      Those examples you’re asking for are everywhere else. These skeletal examples are basic - and extemely focused.

    Remake the thumper ost!
    Every stage is a x/8 rythm with the x being replaced by the stage number.
    7-7 Stage is a great example.
