I am a single mom and it’s beyond hard almost impossible to find a layout for a parent and child AND a bathroom. This is amazing!! She made the space perfectly. They use the front seats like a lounge/office when they aren’t driving and then a kitchen, separate rest room (I’m not a fan of the shower/toilet u pull out and use in the middle of your kitchen) and the child has their own private bed/nook area. I love this
Check out Ourkaravan build on a Sprinter, and Greg Virgoe. Both have very unique builds, more open plan, and document their builds well. Truly exceptional builds.

I've watched hundreds of van conversions, literally hundreds and have commented 'best conversion I've ever watched' in many of those videos but this time I really mean it, this van seems extremely satisfying with everything a perfect HOME has. Well done
Absolutely perfect... Indoor and outdoor shower, organized back garage, the bed is huge, and that it sits 5 people in the front is awesome. That wood burning stove OMG... Awesome!!
There are locking points on each chair and once you unlock them the chairs just swivel round on the fixed frame. They used to nave a video showing this but it has gone.

I agree with this being one of the best van builds out there. I like how they separated/dedicated the "rooms" to make it feel more like a home instead of the one open space with multiple functions most van builds have. Plus random little clever touches throughout 👌❤

It's very well done but there are also lots of things that don't make sense or work depending on your own needs etc.. I would need more natural light and bigger work surfaces for example. But it's interesting to see and has some great features, I like the kitchen
I have literally been searching for a van for ages, me and my friend want to convert a van to travel round Europe in and the things we need to fit in are a lot. -comfy seating/eating area -two beds -a kitchen - a decent sized wet room And a clean and sleek design, this is literally the perfect van. Well done!!
I know, it’s not actually a practical layout. The kitchen is super tiny, while the bathroom is way too big than it needs to be (why does she need two sinks?). There is no space for clothes and because she wanted a dining area so she ended up wasting that whole bit with something like that. Furthermore, having that fire space there is pointless. She could have been better off turning it into a wardrobe rather than a cosy space (diesel and propane heaters are better anyway). This is a good layout if you want to travel somewhere for three days or so but not for long-term use. It is quite clear that she is not living in it. If you want to spend so much money on something then be practical.
Okay this conversion read my mind in so many ways. A full wetroom bathroom with a mirror door, a kitchen with a sidewall to keep it as a separate space, a walled-off bed to keep it as a separate space, additional outdoor shower, BEAUTIFUL wood and nice white look with plants, amazing amazing use of the space I adore it.
Best conversion I've seen and I've now watched over two hundred. The sink in the corner is genius because that space is always inaccessible for storage but you didn't say how you access the plumbing. I presume it is from the outside, if not it would be very awkward. Love the swivel seats and proper dining area, only change I would make would be a wider table. Laptop storage also genius. Also love the hideaway your daughter uses, I don't have a daughter but I have two dogs, it would be equally perfect for them. Beautifully crafted throughout. Thanks for sharing.
Yeah, I have watched hundreds if not more and I have about 5 favorites and I found my favorite without a doubt. This is my needs. My other favorite is a open concept, but I like how this makes you feel your leaving into another area. Definitely will look through both for inspiration. This is pretty perfect to me. I’m always a fan of the walkway out the back meaning not having the bed in the back. However this is still cute. I really appreciate the bathroom setup. You don’t have to move the toilet in and out to shower and there seems to be an adequate amount of showering space. Thumbs up.
Sure I've seen this before but some really nice little design ideas that I may well copy/steal when I do mine. I notice that the bed is across the van and into the side cavities but without the external flares. Would give so much room but as I'm 6ft not sure if we could do that on ours.

I hold onto this video and watch it frequently. This is the layout I really love. Who would have thought an "L" shaped kitchen and an angled bathroom that ends up making separated space for the bedroom. Truly ingenious layout.

I have watched probably 100 videos like this and used to have a class B myself. This is the best layout that I have seen. Humble Road and Advanced RV could learn from these designers--just extraordinary. Thank you for posting. The bathroom is perfectly situated and designed and the kitchen angles are beautiful. As long as you are under 6 foot it should not be a problem. Who the heck sleeps straight anyway without bending their legs? Most people sleep on their side.

Mercedes makes a double and a single turning cab seat. You can make any seat turn around by adding a swivel base which you can buy. Its not hard.

With the exception of the too tiny dining table, and for me a bit claustrophobic lower bunk this is the best I've ever seen. Great job.

I like the layout since it defines different zones. You have like separate rooms where you can stay away from each other to prevent cabin fewer.
