- In this video, I share some creative ways to add texture and special effects to your digital watercolors, using Procreate's default brushes and tools. I show a few methods (discovered mostly through trial-and-error 😅) for adding organic-looking blooms, splatter and salt effects.

Love this! As someone who pursues recreating watercolor look in Procreate, some of your tips are very helpful, thank you. I also loved the exercise of painting something in watercolors first, then pursuing replicating its look digitally - great practice idea

Awesome video. I like this tutorial. I would want to know more about these kinds. Do make another video like this with the same procedure with another texture, special effects, and patterns like on borders, etc by manipulating the existing brushes too. it is great to watch.

Hi Alice , I start working with your brush I still have my own problem by I can’t make duo colors like your illustration in flat water brush CD , any suggestions how I adjust my pen how to do it, really appreciated and thank you.
Hi Anne! Make sure you have two different colors selected in the color panel, a primary and a secondary. If they are too close in hue, it may be hard to see a difference. I hope that helps!
