For a party, I would double that recipe!!! Industry person and chile head here :) Love Love Love your channel. You do a great job! Mexican husband approved lol
I made this...This dip is truly amazing. I put sweet pickled jalapeno's on top. I love the things you come up with. The queso is also a winner. Truely real good. Thanks Mike for all you do.
I made this for a Fourth of July party and it was a big hit and was the first dish emptied out. I made as instructed in the video and it was quite nice and spicy. The jalapenos on top should serve as fair warning for anyone that can't deal with the heat. I think it would be easy to double the size of the recipe and add a bit extra time in the oven to compensate. Thanks!
It looks delicious 👍. I've been watching your video as a subscriber for awhile. Thanks for your sharing it. Your new friend and new subscribers 🔔🎁 Merry Christmas 🎄 to you and family. From Vietnam
Dang! This looks amazingly good! I can feel my arteries hardening just looking at it but I think I'm gonna' have to try making this for some holiday parties coming up (I'm the designated "hot dish" guy for parties so I always need ideas lol). Thanks!
@@ChiliPepperMadness Usually, yes! Except that one time I made chili that was where I wanted it to be heat/spice wise --I thought my friends and their Wifes were gonna' kill me... Lololol
You can definitely use frozen peppers for the cheese mixture (thawed, of course). I haven't made this with thawed frozen peppers on the top, but I think it would work just fine. Let me know how it goes if you try it.
You can actually assemble the whole thing (without the final baking step) then bake it at the party. I didn't have an issue with the crumble topping, but you can do that pretty quickly at the party as well.
You can make this a day ahead, then bake it when you're ready to serve it. Keep it stored in the refrigerator, covered, until you're ready to bake. Enjoy!
Baconnnnnnnn. Where is the bacon? Poppers are hollowed jalapeños fill with cream cheese and wrapped with bacon. I love the idea of a dip version, but I’m going to incorporate some chopped bacon to make it authentic. Maybe even drizzle a teaspoon of bacon drippings into the dip mixture before mixing.
You don't need a special occasion to make this awesome dip, but what event do you want to bring this dip to?
My celebration of picking up a 4-pack of stout.
Any family gathering, birthday party, etc.
Outstanding. Love your recipes and website!
Might I suggest you substituting The Habaniero for Chill Tappins and you'll have a truly winning combination!!! 🤠👍
Sounds great to me!
Look amazing. Much love from Alaska!
Awesome! Thanks, Jeff!
Very nice. I’ll be doing this soon
Excellent! Enjoy!

Very nice. FLAVORS in the peppers. To commend you, there are so many flavors in each pepper. I love them all. Bring the heat ✌🤗🌻

wow! looks so good!
I'm glad you took it easy on the black pepper. Spicy stuff sometimes doesn't agree with me.
Sure. Feel free to adjust the heat to your preference for any recipe!

Wonder how this would be if you sun the Mayo for Greek yogurt? This recipe looks fabulous!
I think that would work great.
Can I use frozen jalapeños for this? This looks amazing!

Have you transported to a party and then had to reheat? How did you do it without the topping becoming soggy?

I got a question.. how much do I cook it if I halve this recipe?
I would cook it 3/4 time, then check it for doneness. You can leave it in a bit longer as needed.
Bro making that for Christmas party lol 😂
Nice. Enjoy!
Suppose you're a maniac, and you have a big stand mixer with a bread hook. Would that work to mix those ingredients?
Doing it with a spoon looks hard.
That should work for you, or a hand mixer.
How far in advance can you make this?

Yes, bacon! I talk about that in the post. Go for it!
