Here is a tip for you.
Wash your hands in baking soda after cutting jalepenos. It neutralizes the acid that feels like you pepper sprayed yourself if you touch your face.

Oh my, I just remembered I have fermented Jalapeño Peppers in cold storage. I think I'm going to use it in this recipe. I made a dip last week from my fermented dill pickles. It was son approved. 😊

This dip is so so so GOOD!
It literally tastes like you are eating a jalapeño popper 🤤
It was a huge hit for the Super Bowl, and is at the top of my list for dips now (despite the fact that I’m from Buffalo NY where we have chicken wing dip LOL)
    It’s actually like MY FAVORITE

I’ve been trying to watch all of your videos as I just found you 3 weeks ago. I love Jalapeño poppers! This looks delicious! The pretty colors of peppers would be pretty. I suppose if you can’t find jalapeños that are red, you could add a bit of a sweet red pepper, I think that would look nice and be delicious 💕

I was wondering about that cast iron baking pan and just watching this 9/23, so I ordered one today! We lived in middle Iowa (1999-2000) my husband is from MO. Complaines about the heat here and lives the cold. While we were in Iowa he said one day, "man...I been cold before but never this cold!" haha and he'd move to Alaska if I agreed, nope! Haha I grew up in CO and prefer warmer climates! Thanks, for all you do and sharing it with us!!
