Frank, that was a wonderful video. I rarely comment, but in this case I need to do so. The build was simple and clear, but what I really loved was the involvement of your kids and your comments during the video. Thru-out the video it is clear where your heart is. You have a nice family and you are a wise man to offer them a free life, built with hard work and founded on the Lord. One other (not so important) thing, those foundation blocks are great. Building here in Romania I often struggle to find adequate supports that are stable and don't expose the wood to rot. I may consider pouring my own for any future projects. Lord bless!
George, thank you so much for the kind and heartfelt comment! I greatly appreciate that you can pick that out. Putting Christ first in our lives is why we live such a free and happy life full of love. I greatly appreciate men like you who will take the time to show support to a fellow man of God! @@FrankDoesIt Thanks for the reply Frank. It seems to be a natural desire for those in Christ to wish to meet each other. I've been working in Romania since 1991, originally as a church planter, but as people came to Christ we've seen the need to help them in so many practical areas of life. The last 12 years I've been building summer camps in an area called "Dobrogea" (south-east Romania, 10 miles from Bulgaria, right at the point where the Daube river breaks north. We've done all the work on these camps ourselves so I sometimes look thru videos to learn new things. Your video was simple, but it stood out to me from the many others I've seen. If you ever have an inkling to com this way you and your family are more than welcome to stay in our home. If you'd like to correspond more I can give you me email. Lord bless you and your family.

not often does a morning video view leave me smiling, but this 1 sure did. keep up the great work Frank. keep all of us smiling at what a little motivation and compassion for life can bring to us all......
That’s almost exactly what I’ve had in mind for the shed I’m going to put up this summer. I plan on the same basic design expect double wide with a divider in the center to hold 2 years of wood and keep them separate.
I instantly subscribed as soon as you talked about this is the day the Lord has made. Thank you for being a Godly father to your child. We are the salt of to this world, we must not be bashful of our love for Christ. My RUclips channel I put a Bible scripture on every single time and most the time I talk about the love of God. We are the light to this dark world. Thank you, I look forward to watching your other videos. Happy trails Luke
Love the design, if you're willing to share the sketch up file, that would be much appreciated! On floor construction... Screws have very little side load or shear strength, they should be used to hold joints together and not the entire weight of the structure and wood pile on it. Lag bolts or beam notching to handle that load would have been ideal on the frame, especially under a heavy load so your floor doesn't prematurely sag and fail. I enjoyed the video! Godbless you and your family!
Thank you very much Nick, and good advice. I put 5 screws at each location because of that, but lags would definitely be better I agree. I can totally share the sketchup file, shoot me an email and I’ll send it to you! Thank you for the kind comment, God bless you as well!

absolutely! Thanks so much. Have fun with your build!
Kids love building stuff. My dad never built stuff himself, but I do, and my daughter loves to be helpful. She was learning which tools to go get papa when she was just 18 months old.
That’s awesome!! Good girl. Yes the kids love to help! God bless!!
Praise God for godly parents. Keep it up, bro.
Thank you brother! Will do!
not often does a morning video view leave me smiling, but this 1 sure did. keep up the great work Frank. keep all of us smiling at what a little motivation and compassion for life can bring to us all......
Thank you so much for the very kind comment. I greatly appreciate you! You're awesome! Take care! -Frank
That’s almost exactly what I’ve had in mind for the shed I’m going to put up this summer. I plan on the same basic design expect double wide with a divider in the center to hold 2 years of wood and keep them separate.
That’s awesome! It sure is nice to have a dedicated shed for sure
A job well done! Very peacefully-creative & inspirational video. 👍👍👍👍👍👍 Thumbs up from Detroit Michigan👍
Terence Smith, great to hear from Detroit! Thank you for the kind comment my friend! I greatly appreciate it!
We need one of these. Alaskan Summers- means we are outside alllllll day. Always going through a lot of wood-
wood heat is so nice, and so necessary in AK! I hope to visit Alaska sometime seems like such a cool place. Take care!
@@FrankDoesIt , wood heat is nice any where, but sure spoils you for anything else ! Older than dirt . Besides it heats you twice :-)
victor castle precisely!!

Glad it helped! Thank you!
Happy trails

That wood shed ain't going no where! Enjoyed watching your build and your kiddos enjoying their new jungle gym! 😆
Thank you so much! Still standing strong!
Was wondering how I was gonna installed the rafters on my new coop roof. Rafter ties are genius.
Yeah buddy! They are handy!! 😀
Just wow. This is outstanding. You are the man. God bless.
Thank you so much! I greatly appreciate that!! God bless you as well!
Great video! Thank you for all the tips. Would share the dimensions of the shed? I’m also looking to build something to hold close to 3-4 cords
I dig your channel. Man after my own heart.
