Granted I grew up with Nintendo 64 rainbow road and mario kart.. When I graduated high school (or rather a year before that) which was 2008, I was introduced to my all time favorite course AND Musi track in all of Mario Kart history. Now... almost 15 years later At the age of over 30 I am happy to report.. I AM JUST AS HYPED TO SEE AND HEAR RAINBOW ROAD WII!!!!!!!!!
Nice! The N64 one is certainly the most nostalgic. But I was so happy they brought Wii Rainbow Road, since it was the one I grew up with when I played Wii while I was younger! I remember the days of me sobbing every time I fell of the map, those were hard times lol. But that’s what made this Rainbow Road so special, because of its challenge lol
@@coutamaxplayer538Haha nice! That one’s amazing too, because of the amazing journey you go on through outer space. Wii Rainbow Road is memorable in its own way because it’s so challenging and rewarding if you win!
@@arya_moghadam I like both for their own reasons... 3ds is like the final journey, the final adventure, and wii is more of the final challenge, the final trial. I even find the music of the tracks to reflect that...
@@coutamaxplayer538 You make an amazing point there. I definitely agree the 3DS Rainbow Road music reflects on an incredible journey through space, and Wii Rainbow Road’s music is like a finale melody, and it’s one of my favorite songs ever, besides Wii DK Summit’s music (Summit’s one of my most favorite Mario kart tracks ever)
I wasnt expecting Wii Rainbow Road since we were getting Diasy Circuit, but you know what??? Just revealing that Wii Rainbow Road is coming made my day after having a very stressful school day!
That’s nice 🥲 Wii Rainbow Road honestly was the best choice to close out this Booster Course Pass. I was still confident in Wii Rainbow Road coming in, even when Wii Daisy Circuit was shown in the first trailer. I was actually shocked to see Daisy Circuit show up first of all, cause I was not expecting it lol. But I’m so glad, that this game has shown Wii representation
Yea you said it! What was once a game that only had three Wii tracks (Moo Moo Meadows, Grumble Volcano, and Wario’s Gold Mine), now we have 8 from the Booster Course Pass to add to the three for a total of 11 Wii tracks in Mario Kart 8 Deluxe! 😄
@@iLoveBread260 Yea, me too. I honestly really wanted Toad’s Factory to come to Tour so that it can have a chance at coming in the BCP. But I’m honestly so happy with what we got. My all time favorite track DK Summit, and the Rainbow Road I grew up with (the Wii one) and many other Wii tracks that I really like are in the game!
Yes, definitely! I too will feel the sorrow of the Airship Fortress fans :( I honestly really liked the remake of Airship Fortress in Tour too. But SNES Bowser’s Castle 3 shares similar theming, which I think was the reason why they didn’t bring it
I know lmao. I literally predicted Daisy Circuit coming 2nd and then DK Mountain 3rd, except it was the other way around 😂😂😂 Oh well, we got them both 🤷🏻♂️
I kinda knew it was coming based on research I’ve done, and knowing that the Special Cup, Lightning Cup, and Moon Cups end with a Rainbow Road, I was really expecting them to bring Wii Rainbow Road! And they did, and I was so happy as you could’ve probably known 😆😆😆
Mostly because it has slightly similar theming to Piranha Plant Slide, and this wave would’ve had two Piranha Plant themed tracks if it came along, which might’ve felt less diversified. Rosalina’s Ice World may not be my most favorite Mario Kart 7 track (my favorite is Rock Rock Mountain), but I felt like it was the right decision bringing in Ice World instead of Pipeline.
I finally got the opportunity to play the actual tracks here: ruclips.net/video/N21ntn1JnkA/видео.html

Most people: excited for every part of the update
This guy: LETS GOOOO WII RAINBOW ROAD IS HERE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I was so excited to finally hear it’s amazing music, along with extended footage too! It was the Rainbow Road I grew up with 🥲
@@arya_moghadam don't worry. I had the same reaction last year with 3ds rainbow road...

All of these tracks looks and sounds good
Yup definitely! 😄

Hello, great reaction!
Hey, thanks! 😄
Your reaction to wii rainbow road was literally me
Nice haha! 😄
NINTENDO WAS LISTENING TO THE FANBASE AND PERFORMED THE ALMIGHTY GAP JUMP
Indeed they were!! 😆😆
Technically it's four courses from Wii with cannons since RR has the Star connon.
Ah true, that’s a good point 😄
But its not a barrel cannon
@@iLoveBread260 It's not a barrel canon but it is nether the less, a canon.
Wii Rainbow Road is great! Still sad airship fortress didn't make it in... Guess I'll have to wait for MK 9

It's pronounced tore, not terr.
I think I put more emphasis on the “u” when I say it lol
