It might tickle you to know this was featured in Kusogrande, the bad videogame tournament last month. It was hilarious to watch four people struggle through at once. And in fact, more than one beat the highest speed in under an hour!
(Also, the game doesn't ever technically crash, but after a certain number of rounds the speed variable overflows and the game becomes unbearably slow. One of our competitors took a solid 6 minutes to beat screen 1 as a joke after beating the game.)

Snoopy is a pet of Charlie Brown's, the everlasting loser and the main character of the "Peanuts" comic series. Snoopy only behaves species-appropriate. Most of the time he lies on the roof of his dog kennel and abandons himself to philosophical thoughts while waiting for the food.
In 1984, he was dedicated an own C64 game Snoopy. A game from a time when Jump & Runs found their feet, it is about steering Snoopy through 20 tricky levels. If you have made it, you restart at level 1 only with higher speed. The obstacles can be simple holes, moats, laser beams and more.

I’m curious as to what the development story to this game was. It’s obvious that this game has nothing to do with Snoopy or the Peanuts comics. I mean, lasers? When has there been lasers in any of the comics?
It almost makes me think they just reskined a completely different game and just called it a day.
