This is pure stupidity. Pitou had an en of 1 km and she killed Ging's pupil only moments after she was born, even tho Kite was a nen master. Even Killua couldn't scratch Youpi. Yet this guy is confused at why people think the Royal Guards are so powerful. Ffs Meruem was basically a demigod after he got revived.

this feels like it should be bait, but it weirdly makes sense? I wonder if it's true?! I could kinda see a fair amount of these as being the case..? but at the same time, my brain says "no!"
This is interesting, indeed. I couldn't have predicted an assistant leaking such information.
However, considering Togashi's track record, it's safe to say that this information is old news and the plans for the future (if there are any) will be different.
It's not far-fetched to say this was a real assistant of Togashi, and i think he gave up this information to keep H X H interests high in this period of content drought.
I guess we'll just have to wait and see. 🤞🏻

I don't believe it. The two big red flags for me are
1. There's no way Togashi would share all this information about power rankings for each character by age, that's way too specific, I doubt he's thought about any of that in such detail.
2. Hanzo's a Transmuter. Unless that's a mistranslation and they were specifically referring to his doppelganger.
It's true that some people are dumb and think "strong" refers to only physical power and aura quantity, when really you should be weighing the character's overall combat ability, which includes intelligence, speed, personality, etc.
It's also true that the ants aren't fully versed in Nen. The reason so many humans were going to die is because they were baptizing them by punching them, meaning they didn't even know how to harmlessly open someone's aura nodes. But on the other hand, I find it a little hard to believe because (1) Meruem was born knowing Gyo, (2) Pitou has the greatest En in the series and we know that's a pretty advanced technique because none of our MCs know it and even the Troupe aren't really good at it.
It's also true that every character has one or two secret abilities, but I doubt Togashi has actually planned most of them out. That'd be unnecessary work since he just has the characters die or exit the story before using them anyway. It's actually one of my criticisms of the series, Hisoka and Netero died using one ability when supposedly they have several? Togashi plays video games, he should know when players are dying they just spam everything out of desperation.

A little old thread, and doesn't include the Dark Continent arc!
So hard to believe, but he really defended well his informations. But I still simply cant buy most of it. The Royal Guards had crazy bodies, crazy amounts of nen, crazy natural abilities and nen abilities... Meruem got hit directly by one of the strongest abilities of the verse and barely took damage.
I get it when he says that ther bodies and nen quantity ins't the most relevant in a nen battle, but the ranking kind of take these very RELEVANT feats of resistance off very blatanly.
But the video is great and the subject is very insteresting and relevant. Thanks, man!

However HxH is so fascinating, with so many different interpretations.
