I love the sudden transition from the original to the Smash remix halfway through. It almost feels like the monsters are becoming more chaotic as they start to speed up with the music and get carried away.
More like all of the fighters (including Banjo and Kazooie) have changed from(not so) scary dorks in fake looking coustumes to real b movie monsters.
That switch up was one of the smoothest things I have ever heard

Oh I adore this! It's just the perfect blend of charming halloween spookiness and rapid madness when the smash remix comes in! Also, that subtle grabbed by the ghoulies reference was simply delightful!
This sounds like it came from a kids' show, by which I mean that it's really fun and catchy. It's spooky, but in a fun way that won't traumatize you! :D

I did, it was making everyone happy, a girl said, “ is that a banjo kazooie song”
And I said yes, she was really happy and told her friends. It was her favorite game, and this was her favorite level from the game. She gave me 40 dollars for some reason.

Mad Monster Mansion is definitely the scariest level in the Banjo-Kazooie series.
At least your not trapped In one of of Luigi's Mansions again, but come and join the Haunting Spree and meet Grim Grinning Ghosts and Spooky Silly Skeletons! But If your still not careful you'll be Grabbed By The Ghoulies Instead!

@@paradox1973 Sure he is, but unlike Shade Man's Spooky-Themed Stage, his stage is just a planetarium, so it wouldn't fit to this musical at all.

Yeah it's a shame Rare was sold off to Microsoft not only for the obvious reasons but because their library of games they made for the Xbox like Grabbed by the Ghoulies would clearly have catered more to the Nintendo crowd rather than the Xbox audience that Microsoft was trying to create and cater to which was about the absolute polar opposite of the games Rare was making at the time and why I think Nintendo going 3rd party would be absolutely terrible as I doubt Mario and other franchises would appeal to the PlayStation and Xbox crowd of today and even back then, it's why I think Rare Replay would do extremely better on the Switch than the Xbox as the audience on Nintendo consoles has the most nostalgia factor for games like Banjo-Kazooie and such, and like I said I really think Rare's games like Ghoulies and other games that started off their development on the Gamecube would have done much better had they stayed on that console which is where the games Rare was developing at the time had the audience those games would have appealed to.

This was without a doubt the best level i've played in Banjo Kazooie
Rare always did do the holiday themed levels in their games extremely well, between this Freezeezy Peak in this game, the Snowflake Mountain tracks in Diddy Kong Racing, the Haunted Woods track in that same game, and the Spooky chapter in Conker's Bad Fur Day, not to mention the entirety of Grabbed by the Ghoulies (hey DK Vine and I stand by that game and I swear that if it had stayed on the Gamecube where it originally started it's development on it probably would have done much better as the audience it would have appealed to were the Nintendo fans on the Gamecube which the Xbox audience that bought the console it was actually released on was the polar opposite of the Gamecube audience so I say it's a good game that came out on the wrong console).

Hmm, another lyrical adaptation of my 90s childhood. Music from Banjo-Kazooie was already memorable enough; these lyrics definitely do Mad Monster Mansion justice!
I have a feeling you might end up doing the Snowpeak theme for Christmas; if so, I definitely can't wait for that. My number one hope, though, is that you'll find time to do Bubble Gloop Swamp and the spring version of Click Clock Wood. Those two are my absolute favorite, and I'd lover to hear you guys' interpretation of those themes.

This is the level where Grunty tried to really put out the stops. Then, Rusty Bucket Bay comes right after as ridiculously dangerous and perilous as that level was.

Hey in mine and DK Vine's households we respect that game at the very least I'd rather Rare made more games like that then the dark period of Kinnect Sports games that plagued the studio until Sea of thieves.
