It's not about her wiping out angels and demons (although, much of humanity, including the Horadrim and D3 Nephalem seek to be allies with the angels), it's about her basically using humans as tools for her own ends. She wants to usurp both heaven and hell with her own third faction and rule over everything. She doesn't really care about humanity as her children, just as her super-soldiers. i also don´t think this is rathma...he hates his parents. why should just he call her back? i think it´s one of the cultists you can already see in D3. the rituals in vidians temple are similar to that one in the d4 trailer. lilith wanna use her kids as an army against heavens and hells.she doesn´t really "care" about them. they are only a tool to implement her plan to end the eternal conflict. i agree to think of lorath at fist sight and that tyrael died in the meantime. because he´s mortal now after he left the high heavens. and who knows what happened to the horadrim after that.
Lotsa comments saying they want to join Lilith... kinda expected since Lilith is the queen of all succubi, she is seductive... but got me thinking though, Lilith would eat even her own children if it would benefit her... Lilith is the embodiment of spite, mother of deceit, mistress of betrayal... If you think the Angels or the Demons would destroy you, know that this is more so the case with Lilith...
The Black Sacrament of The Elder Scrolls "Sweet Mother, sweet Mother, send your child unto me, for the sins of the unworthy must be baptized in blood and fear."
That quote is so powerful. It kinda references the real world we live in. The not-yet-revealed character who summoned Lilith does say: "Blessed mother... save us." Honestly, I'd really rather see Lilith as a 'good guy' in the game - as the only hope for humanity.
As usual you do such a great job with Diablo Lore. In some way I am sorry that Lilith is such a bad demon in D4. After all she bloody created us, Haha!
We have no idea if she's going to be bad or not. She initially wasn't, so she's probably going to finish what she started and free Sanctuary once and for all.
The man standing by the grave if u look at the pin on his cape he's from the horadrim as it matches their sigil. We can only speculate his identity but many people believe he's Lorath so I think I'll go with that as that's also pretty reasonable, Lorath played a small yet a pretty important role in the last game, it wouldn't make sense to not include him in the next installment
Celestina Huang Yeah, it would have been nice of them to show us his Kwan-Do that he wielded in D3, but I guess they can’t be that obvious, eh? Good catch on the sigil.
Lilith is the mother.. her for and only concern is us.. her children.. even those that have turned against her and lust only for power... blessed mother..... save us
Love your Vids ! Keep up the good work ! I would be cool if You could choose sides in this game. For example you could team up with the angels/demons or be against both of them and team up with Lilith
In the opening scene where the character is putting the jug on what appears to be a grave, is it possible the grave is that of Deckard Caine who died in the first act of Diablo III and this character is one of the Horadrim?
Ok, Here's the thing about Lilith in the Diablo series, Short simple and to the point, Is she a genius possibly, But the bottom line with Lilith is that she is a 100 sent wild card in all of the Diablo lore nobody knows what she wants or at least what she wants to do if she was to return she is not necessarily a band guy but being the mother of the nephilim that doesn't really make her good either because she is still a demon. 100% wildcard she could go either way I personally hope we don't have to kill her if anything I would love to see her be some kind of 3rd party to change or keep the balance.
Yeah it's difficult to deduce her motives. Even though we can make reasonable suggestions regarding her plans for heaven and hell, what's more important is what Lillith wants to do with humanity since they are just a watered down version of the Nephalem. If she seek the destruction of humanity she will undeniably become a villain we need to destroy. The real wildcard is the Nephalem who destroyed both the prime evil and boosted Malthael. They will almost certainly be *a lot* more powerful than Lillith, and currently has the power to destroy both heaven and hell, and the power over "death". So will Lillith be able to somehow control/corrupt them? If the Nephalem opposes Lillith I don't see how she would be able to accomplish anything, so she would have to at the very least pacify them. If she manages to ally with them, we would have to develop another *even more* powerful Nephalem to combat them, and this kind of breaks the power scale a little. Not that it wasn't already broken in Diablo 3, but eh you know. Another thing to consider: we know from the previous Diablo games that there isn't really such a thing as a "good" ending. Even if we manage to resolve the most pressing issues they don't come without a price, nor without lingering consequences.
Wow. I'm not too familiar with the Diablo franchise other than Diablo 3, so I was very excited when I came across the trailer for Diablo 4. I was like, "Ooooh, Daughter of Hatred, huh?" but then I saw in the trailer how...intelligent and calculating her eyes looked when she was looking around. The colors themselves, the blue on black, is fucking awesome. But I could just tell she's got a brain, and a fantastic one to boot. So now, I find out from your commentary video that she is the mother of the Nephalem? Oh damn. And the story behind her motives and actions, my god...I love her!
Where did u get those interesting character voice clips? Like Baal talking to Mephisto about his speculation and Lilith talking about the war and her father.
2023 Diablo4 is released a year late all NPC heros and villains where re rewritten to be 300 IQ geniuses. A weary Dash sits upon his throne of Mensa certificates: "I hope it was worth the wait."
I do not understand the heaping of praise I see in these comments, concerning this demon here mentioned. From the video alone she literally comes to this plane of reality by the intentional death, and blood-letting, of three people! How is it she is in any way a virtuous being, of any sort?! Has outright murder become a virtuous thing, whilst the righteous slept?!
I know your comment is old, but I want to answer it anyway. Lilith was banished to the void for creating humanity. She needed to be summoned back. A sacrifice of 3 people in the context of diablo universe is near inconsequential. Those are rookie numbers. It's not like she chose the conditions of how she would return.
I'm guessing the pale guy is rathma himself. After the nephilim and Maltheal ran roughshod over hell and the leading demons there the priests needed something to counterbalance existence lest heaven get too powerful and upset cosmic balance. Lilith is about the only big name demon still out there to marshal hell itself and perhaps use some if not all of the neph to decimate heaven and restore the balance. So i'm guessing we'll see some neph civil war action and angry angels and demons standing in your way with a smattering of priests of rathma and general monsters to add some variety.
...mm idk about that. Heaven has closed its gates. Unless something changes during the game. Hell is and will alwaya be a threat. Considering heaven has closed its gates, is calling upon lilith to help against hells warpath. She HATES her uncles, father and other demons. She uses her children yes, but she loves them all the same.
hi mate what if the world stone would be destroyed and demons and angels wouldn't be able to to multiply just 1 battle and if there is a victorious side what the fuck would they doo after? do the same thing anu did? no matter what the same thing repeats?
She was kind of the champion and mother of humans. I really hope they don't turn her into some standart villain. In the trailer it was only Human blood and free will that could summon her back to the world.
Also, everyone needs to understand Rathma is the key player in D4. He was under the teachings of the dragon Trag'Oul, and Rathma was taught about the Balance. He brought mommy back because the Balance needs to be set. Early on he tried to keep his mother from returning in order to help save Sanctuary, so there's going to be a big reason why he's bringing her back. Also the Triune returns in D4 so there could be that. The Triune was a fake religious sect created by the Burning Hells to recruit humanity to their side. Just remember mommy and daddy had kids who were extremely more powerful then their respective sides (hell, heaven) so their cohort renegades weren't happy and were going to kill the babies. Mommy killed renegades, daddy put her in time out. All in all, Lilith is the only one looking out for the kiddos.
to be fair inarius was in deliberation, its very likely he was conflicted on the matter hence his meditation. during which lilith well........ killed all the other angels & demons in sanctuary.
Im really interested in how the story and lore of Diablo 4 will play out. They making Lilith out to be the bad guy but her and humanity have similiar motives and goals. And besides, helping the supposed moral and good angels and heavenly forces has literally NEVER turned out good for humanity, not once. It always goes sour in the long run. So I actually wouldn't be surprised if a lot of characters want to side with Lilith D4.
Absolutely not interested at all. For starters I don't own a mobile and the monetization is also not what we expect from Blizzard. But then this game is Chinese and not the Blizzard we once knew.
Do y'all think they would make Immortal dark like D4? I really hate D3 wow colors and vfx and never played it. If they make Immortal look like D4 it would be dope. So what are the chances we'll get dark graphics for Immortal?
A genius with an enviable mind, or someone accompanied by bad luck...? I'd say both. And I'd say something else as well. I honestly wouldn't be in the shoes of those who annoyed her in the past, and I sincerely hope Lilith's goal will turn out positively for mankind. I just can't shake out the words I read & heard few days ago in the Journals of Diablo III, when someone comments on "corruption of demons" and "self-rightousness of angels", and they're exactly right. We have a long waiting ahead of us, but we'll eventually see.
well it makes sense that lilith knew what she was doing considering this: in he beginning there was anu and at some point it considers itself and split the evil from himself creating the prime evil, tathamet. the the two fight forever until they both deliver their final blows and anus remains form the high heavens spawning the angels while tathamets body forms the hell spawning the demons. now the nephalem are the children of both angels and demons and therefor are far closer to the original anu before he split the good from the bad. that's why the nephalem are far more powerful than the angels or demons and even the prime evils like diablo and his brothers or the archangels of the high heavens, even imperius can't compare to them.
I always found it weird how Demons made of flesh are actually immortal, they simply reincarnate, but angels beings of light "die". Then there's the nephalem who are just mortal and actually die... but also are somehow more powerful than demons or angels. The closer you get to true death the stronger you become I guess? Because honestly angels as a whole are a lot stronger than demons, the prime evils are exceptional demons that are bascially on par strength wise, but the low demons are straight up fodder for any angel. Demons who can never die are weaker than angels who can "die" who are weaker than the nephalem who actually die.
Me after murdering her to avenge all the suffering and death she caused in vain: "Is she, though?" I felt like she could just do whatever the script wanted her to, whether it made sense or not. Inarius didn't even really have a plan, on the other hand, so how could he even compete? He really got the short end of the stick. No, he barely even got a splinter to hold onto. The game just fucking hates Angels. They're all so dumb, weak, pitiful and pathetic. I want to see something like Malthael again. An Angel I can actually take somewhat seriously.
I'm new to all the Diablo stuff, but why is this video and cinematic 3 years old when the game only came out now in June of 2023? Is this a personal Mandela Effect for me lol
She might be a demon, but she's the only one who always believed in humanity's great destiny. A demon lord would never do what she did to defend her children, they would have just sent us to die so they could hide and have a second chance to conquer the world... But she didn't. She fought for us until she was banished into the Void. I don't say that she's a loving mother. She has a plan, a wicked one probably. But considering how much angels and demons hate humanity, she is the nephalem's only salvation.
Have you read her part in the Sin War? She does care about nephalem but more because they are the key to her plans. I thought she was a cool character but…..she’s a demon after all.
I don't see how wiping out the angels and demons make her the enemy... I'd rather help her.
Especially when both want humans gone for just existing to be preyed on’

I could see it at a Blizzard event: “So, why you were away, we killed Tyrael!” Diablo fans yeet their phones (everybody has one) at the presenter. 🙂
knowing how blizzard's sh!t writers are it's probably much dumber than that...
i also don´t think this is rathma...he hates his parents. why should just he call her back? i think it´s one of the cultists you can already see in D3. the rituals in vidians temple are similar to that one in the d4 trailer. lilith wanna use her kids as an army against heavens and hells.she doesn´t really "care" about them. they are only a tool to implement her plan to end the eternal conflict. i agree to think of lorath at fist sight and that tyrael died in the meantime. because he´s mortal now after he left the high heavens. and who knows what happened to the horadrim after that.
this video is actually sponsored by Lilith herself, one of the modern ways to recruit her children by her side once more. Blessed Mother, save Us!
I wanna clap cheeks with Lilith 😋.
So cringy
Lotsa comments saying they want to join Lilith... kinda expected since Lilith is the queen of all succubi, she is seductive... but got me thinking though, Lilith would eat even her own children if it would benefit her... Lilith is the embodiment of spite, mother of deceit, mistress of betrayal...
If you think the Angels or the Demons would destroy you, know that this is more so the case with Lilith...
Im all about Inarius!
My thoughts exactly. She sees Nephalem as tools nothing more. To be used and discarded after not being useful anymore. I would not trust her one bit.
THIS.
This is the truth i was also thinking about.
In sin war, she turned against the edyren just because they were not 'good children'.
After seeing the necromancer trailer this should be interesting in story telling not to mention a great dynamic in the game
The Black Sacrament of The Elder Scrolls
"Sweet Mother, sweet Mother, send your child unto me, for the sins of the unworthy must be baptized in blood and fear."
Thank you and true!
Really wish she won't be the villain, but a protagonist in some way.
Agreed and I hope so. Though in my head I think my female wizard would end up with him lol
When are you going to do the next quest in diablo 2 thanks
Lilith is the mother.. her for and only concern is us.. her children.. even those that have turned against her and lust only for power...
blessed mother..... save us
Her only concern is herself. We are her tools to an end.
@@TheBayzent That’s very true. I’m tired of seeing her getting banished, can we just stab stab stab😅
All these years and I still wonder, how did Inarius and Lilith do the deed?
Angels got those tentacles and if you watched enough hentai, you know what those strands can do
Lilith: "i took a prisoner and he came when i touched him"
Simparius: "i'm in love."
Love your Vids ! Keep up the good work !
I would be cool if You could choose sides in this game.
For example you could team up with the angels/demons or be against both of them and team up with Lilith
3:55 did they cut/change the audio from the act 3 victory cinematic? I don't remember that talk
Since Diablo 3 i enjoy the lore much more then the game itself .
From which movie cartoon is the scene @ 02:32? Thanks
Lilith's Voice Might Be The Same in Diablo IV after Her Voice Journals in Diablo III : Reaper of Souls
I hope so. Her voice was a great mix of seductive but also somewhat... passionate, loving maybe?
You know, there IS one being who we have heard of multiple times in-game, but have never seen: Nereza
Where did u get those interesting character voice clips? Like Baal talking to Mephisto about his speculation and Lilith talking about the war and her father.
Pretty sure it's from the tomes you find while playing D3. Lots of lore in there, even about the Crusaders first coming the desert and the like
2023 Diablo4 is released a year late all NPC heros and villains where re rewritten to be 300 IQ geniuses.
A weary Dash sits upon his throne of Mensa certificates: "I hope it was worth the wait."
I always wondered were the protags from diablo 1 and 2 full human or nephilim every other human that faced down the hordes died.
Blessed mother we missed you
Anyone thought that it might be Zultan Kulle with a makeover who is helping free Lilith?
Back when I played diablo, Lilith wasn’t he daughter of mefisto, she was the mother of andareal
Where does the Lilith audio come from?
Diablo 3 Reaper of souls.
You find her journals in Act 5, Pandemonium Fortress.
@@mushroommagic1697 sweet! Dunno how I missed it.
@@Gregman420 They are on youtube too.
@@mushroommagic1697 well that's a no shitter :D
I wonder if ever diablo will go into faction joing in later games? Fight for light or fight for dark?
I wish 🤞
Uncle Diablo had too many games to himself.
What is the diablo show you show clips from?
2:15 is it just me or does this shot of Lilith kinda give off Katya vibes 🤣🤣
i wonder if trag'oul would make a move in D4
I love your videoes! From Denmark.
Thank you mate!
Is it wrong to side with Lilith?
Lillith can transform to a dragon i saw a monster named lilth in a mod.
Either way,...she is going down! SQUIRE FETCH ME MY ARMOR, READY MY MOUNT, AND GET THE ASHBRIGER!
I really want her to be likable. Maybe even an ally. Hey, it's mom.
I wish blizzard never nerfed Tyrael's wings... they were so majestic...
Truth!
The story described is almost a mirror of the D2 pandemonium event.
Who here is a bit concerned about D4 being a rehash of the pandemonium event?
hi mate what if the world stone would be destroyed and demons and angels wouldn't be able to to multiply just 1 battle and if there is a victorious side what the fuck would they doo after? do the same thing anu did? no matter what the same thing repeats?
Hot take: lilith is the hero of the diablo universe.
Really wish we could side with her
She was kind of the champion and mother of humans. I really hope they don't turn her into some standart villain. In the trailer it was only Human blood and free will that could summon her back to the world.
She is wicked beautiful, I will stand by her side… help her to complete her quest
They shouldve had the nephaleam from d3 be the ones who brought lillith back in a bid to rid the world of the burning hells and prime evils for good
Also, everyone needs to understand Rathma is the key player in D4.
Next make the video: "Why Lilith is Bae"
Hot mama
I hope we will be able to join Lillith.
What are your thoughts on Diablo Immortal?
Story wise very interested in workd stone shards. Gameplay, wanna see if I enjoy it on mobile like baldurs gate. Monetization... Not keen. You?
Absolutely not interested at all. For starters I don't own a mobile and the monetization is also not what we expect from Blizzard. But then this game is Chinese and not the Blizzard we once knew.
Do y'all think they would make Immortal dark like D4? I really hate D3 wow colors and vfx and never played it. If they make Immortal look like D4 it would be dope. So what are the chances we'll get dark graphics for Immortal?
@Wizard Master no they don't. Looks like shit. Doesn't look as Diablo game to me. D4 looks fine tho. Ima play it 100%
A genius with an enviable mind, or someone accompanied by bad luck...? I'd say both. And I'd say something else as well. I honestly wouldn't be in the shoes of those who annoyed her in the past, and I sincerely hope Lilith's goal will turn out positively for mankind. I just can't shake out the words I read & heard few days ago in the Journals of Diablo III, when someone comments on "corruption of demons" and "self-rightousness of angels", and they're exactly right. We have a long waiting ahead of us, but we'll eventually see.
Yes She is 🖤🌙
it is going to be william wallace vs diablo!....they better have a highlander class!
Well dang.... This women is literally TO ANGERY TO DIE
Why devil is bald also why angel is bald
Rathma: is Bald
Tyriel: is bald
Old man from Tristram: is bald
Sanctuary's genius' are bald.
Rathma wasn't bald in the books, he had long black hair.
well it makes sense that lilith knew what she was doing considering this:
in he beginning there was anu and at some point it considers itself and split the evil from himself creating the prime evil, tathamet.
the the two fight forever until they both deliver their final blows and anus remains form the high heavens spawning the angels while tathamets body forms the hell spawning the demons.
now the nephalem are the children of both angels and demons and therefor are far closer to the original anu before he split the good from the bad. that's why the nephalem are far more powerful than the angels or demons and even the prime evils like diablo and his brothers or the archangels of the high heavens, even imperius can't compare to them.
Does anyone know why the lord of hatred would even have a daughter? And how exactly? With what?
I thought nephilim is a mix of (fallen) angels and humans
Angels and Demons
@@robsonley5683 in diablo? Or u mean in mithology or whatever that's called
Wasn't Lilith also the mother of Andariel?
They're sisters
@@Thomas-hq9eg Aunt and Niece. Andariel is Diablo's younger sibling.
She better be the good guy. She's the only one who makes sense really.
Me after murdering her to avenge all the suffering and death she caused in vain:
"Is she, though?"
I felt like she could just do whatever the script wanted her to, whether it made sense or not.
Thought Rathma hated his mother & father.
It was just a phase.
Maleficent.😂😂
The only ones who weren't geniuses are the ones who came up with Diablo Immortal
I’m making a song about Lilith
6 ads in one video bro not cool
I'm new to all the Diablo stuff, but why is this video and cinematic 3 years old when the game only came out now in June of 2023? Is this a personal Mandela Effect for me lol
Games out and instead of helping Lilith we kill her..I hate you blizzard.
isnt lilith a good guy? she did made sanctuary???
Angel love with demon??
Unfortunately like all Diablo geniuses and idiots we kill without mercy because humans are even more geniuses.
Please stop using the "hell is coming" clip... I don't want to grow to hate it due to overuse before the game is even released...
BeCaSe sHe Is A WoMaN.
So lilith is on our side , right ?
