It’s funny to see how these types of products seem to come around…I remember my my using something like this in the 70’s! She dropped it after a while and got an individual portable sauna ( the kind that you sat in with your head sticking out ) which lasted longer, then she moved on to an in-home isolation tank (remember those?). It’s so interesting to think about how many products you might have to go through before you find what works! Thanks Travis for the walk down memory lane 😂

Haha! It is funny how they same products cycle in and out of favor. You made me realize how many versions of this there have been before!

I had one and returned it only because my feet felt like they were burning. I even tried putting 5 pairs of socks on. 😅 I’m just going to save up for a proper sauna some day. Always enjoy your reviews!

Thank you so much and great feedback! I am so tall that my feet were pushed to the very end and I did not run into that luckily. My dream setup is a home sauna and cold water plunge tub. No idea where I would put them, but I want them! :)

I don’t think it’s intended for weight loss. It’s more for detox, improving sleep, relaxation, sore muscles. You can listen to music or podcast and can help the time pass.

Good point. All sorts of various health attributes related to heat and cold therapy.

I think the biggest benefits to raising core body temperature are more long term as far as potentially reducing risks to chronic illnesses like cardiovascular disease and dementia. So if you’re already healthy and not using it for specific things like chronic pain or mood/anxiety, you’re probably not going to see dramatic changes in the short term.

I got one to accelerate the detox of chemotherapy drugs from my body and to assist in rebuilding my white blood cells after each infusion. 😊

And I hope it works very well for that and you back to good health very soon!

      Does it work for detoxification?

@@Unpodipacecazzo It can be part of that cycle for sure. Sweat a lot using this, replenish with quality food and drink.

Nice review. I really want to lose the last ten pounds but I think I will just amplify my workouts. And I don’t think I could be wrapped up like a burrito 🌯 anyway.

Thank you! I think you are making the right choice! HigherDose could help but more likely to reach your goal with diet and exercise.

I’m considering this or an inflatable hot tub, feel like I can get the same benefit from both and similar costs

I have wanted one of those hot tubs forever! Good luck with your decision. Either way, will get the job done!
