    Nice that you were able to find those Moog ball joints with grease fittings. When I replaced mine, I could only find one with a grease fitting, and was told that the part design was changed... boo!

      That seems really odd? And they were Moog ones that weren't serviceable? I don't even think rock auto had any of the "lifetime" ball joints listed

      Adrian Morse yep. Moog parts. I tried Amazon as well as my local parts supplier. Could NOT find the greasable Moog part for the one side. I though I was getting counterfeit parts and was sending them back. Moog did me dirty.

    How far up the strut do you need to cut?

    perhaps it is just me, but stretched tyres look idiotic.

    Hey you probably won’t see this but I recently installed the bc coil overs and am having trouble finding people willing to give it an alignment due to them not being able to reach the camber adjustment did you end up cutting around the front coil overs or even have this problem at all

    • @AdrianMorse42069
      @AdrianMorse42069  2 года назад

      Yeah I did run in to the same problem you are having, but I did my own alignment. I don't know if cutting a larger hole would weaken the strut tower too much so I just adjusted them to what I wanted and then bolted them on.

    I’d like some BC racing coil overs but the welding part is an issue, what made you go with these over the kalphenkes?

    Do you know if the 1984 244DL came with rear disc? I have the 2.3L, recently bought a 244 and rear were discs

      I'm not 100% sure but I believe they all have disc brakes

    Can you adjust the height like normal after it’s welded

    • @AdrianMorse42069
      @AdrianMorse42069  9 месяцев назад

      Yes. All you're doing is welding on the Volvo spindle

      @@AdrianMorse42069alright I just got mine all on. Did you ever figure out if you are able to cut into the strut tower to adjust the camber without any consequences

    What's the wheel spec?

    also what are those white steelies?? im looking into buying some steels for my brick

    • @AdrianMorse42069
      @AdrianMorse42069  4 года назад +1

      They are diamond racing steelies. I think they are called their pro series. The finish on them isn't great, but they are intended to be a circle track throw away sort of wheel, but they look good. If you want higher quality (better finish) I'd look into the Corsa steelies.
