I was today years old when I learned buttermilk powder exists!! My absolute favorite memory with my grandmother was us making buttermilk biscuits. I’ve only made them a few times because I don’t use buttermilk for anything else and it always ruins before I use it all. I just ordered buttermilk powder!!! Thanks for sharing that great tip!
You can also use regular milk with a splash of white vinegar to make a "faux" buttermilk as well :)

I saw on some other videos if you need buttermilk you can add lemon juice to milk and use that. I’ve done it a few times and worked perfectly

24:00 this is why you should use a sauce pan for making sauce! higher sides means you can whisk without spills

Great video I love everything you do and thank you . Adding oil to your pasta though makes sauces slide off your noodles.
I make the oatmeal with blueberries in the microwave and add plain Greek yogurt to cool it down. My son loves it....I need to try your dinner preps, they look delicious! I didn't realize you could freeze noodles...thank you!

I wish I had freezer meals stashed as my boys were growing up, but then I remembered I was mad on all of my days off. I worked 12 to 13 hour days, a second job on call 24/7, and my days off were filled with laundry and cleaning. No extended family to help much. Lol
Oh those days. 😅 things are a lot calmer now that the boys are grown, and I don’t work at all. Well, except for the normal household things and gardening.
