A tip for avoiding vegetable oil, I love substituting avocado oil. I also use it for sautéing instead of olive oil. It has a higher smoke point than olive oil so it doesn’t degrade with the heat of the oven or stove top.
@@mariamartins2264 it causes quite a bit of inflammation in the body due to its highly processed nature. Naturally occurring oils are much easier for the body to absorb and have nutrients we need (lard/tallow, butter, coconut oil, avocado and olive oil)
I do enjoy watching your content, I was thinking while watching i really liked the music it was not loud like other where you have to constantly adjust the volume. Thank you.
Hi from sunny Ontario Canada! ❤🌷My family's favourite meal is beef or turkey meatballs , mashed potatoes and grilled veggies. The stew prep is a great idea! I add italian or polish sausages when I make beef stew, it gives it a nice flavour. I love your videos format, they're so pleasant to watch! Take care God bless🤗
I love that you are bringing back a closer connection with your followers. So many have used the voiceover to the point of losing that connection. I understand a little here and there but when 90% of the video is voiceover it starts feeling like just another video. Very disconnected with the audience as if we didn’t matter any more. I stopped watching a few of my favorite people because of that. I recently decided to give them another try and found at least a couple were starting to do the same as you are. When you’re talking directly to the audience it feels more intimate, like the listener is actually visiting and not just watching a video. I enjoy the imperfect and real-life videos that got me following someone to begin with. Not the polished and edited-to-death ones because then it starts to feel like a “June Cleaver” who was created as a perfect wife and mother. So, thank you again! ☺️
Can you mention how you reheat some of these freezer meals throughout your videos? I love breakfast sandwiches but don’t know how to reheat that well and also the baked oatmeal.
Thanks for sharing! These are my favorite videos because they give me new freezer meal ideas. A quick note on the baking soda and baking powder. Both are activated by liquid, so if you add them to the liquid before the dry ingredients you're actually losing rise. The best way to add them is by whisking all the dry ingredients together and adding them at the very end. That way it doesn't rise then get the air beaten out. With baking powder you will get one more rise in the oven, hence the double acting, but it won't be as fluffy as if you add it with the dry ingredients as the end of mixing. Thanks for sharing your videos!
Always enjoy your recipes and your cooking. Two things I wanted to share with you is for the chicken fingers skewer them in and out instead of cutting them into pieces it keeps them more tender. You can also still add your veggies to the skewers and for your bone broth always do a splash of apple cider vinegar. It helps draw out all the collagen from the bones. I learned that from Mary’s kitchen. Looking forward to your next video.
I’m a new follower and I appreciate the chat because then it feels like we are in the kitchen with you. I really enjoy the meal prep/freezer meals videos!
Hi 👋 Adaline I love ❤️ your RUclips videos they’re very helpful to me and I am appreciative and I appreciate and love you thanks Adaline for sharing your meal preps
Yeah I have noticed the new editing style in a few of your new videos! I really love seeing more of you! However, I also like the voice-over editing style, watching it creates a more satisfying feeling. So I would really enjoy seeing both types of content! Thank you so much! You are such an inspiration!
I love the meals that you prepped! As always, great video. I really like this format. I know sometimes voice-overs can’t be helped but it seeks more personal this way. Yes, take us along!! Blessings ❤️
I loved the vibes of this video! It felt like I was just sitting at the island in the kitchen at a friends house haha plus got some awesome freezer meal ideas 🙌🏽🥳
When I make broth of any kind, I like to add a lemon for acidity & extraction, nutrients, & addeded flavor, instead of apple cider vinegar. If I have fresh lemons I just cut into quarters (just 1 🍋). Or I use the ends (top & bottom) or any pieces I have that may be in my freezer.
I was always told to never refreeze food that had been frozen and thawed other than bread products. Thaw, cook then freeze okay though. So I certainly wouldn’t risk it personally.
I love ur videos, they r very helpful. U show me how to freeze EVERYTHING, lol. Would it be possible to add more information about how u go about thawing things? Like, for the oatmeal, do u take them out the night before, or can u microwave them when u want one? & The same with the meatballs, do they have to be defrosted the night before, or can i put them in the oven frozen? 😬 Im obviously new to this.
I have a LOT of videos coming out how I use all my meal preps! Keep a look out! But you can def re heat the baked oatmeal from frozen in the oven.. just do it low and slow so it doesn't toast the outside before the inside is warm. :)
if you dont want leftovers for the chicken you could always divide it into 3 dinners instead of 4 so you get 3 full meals with no leftovers! you've probably thought of it but figured id comment since in the moment the simplest solution can pass right through us lol
It's under "Kitchen & Cooking" on my Amazon store front! I just double checked and for some reason, it needed to be re-added. Thanks for letting me know!
Love your videos! Where do you get your baking pans from? We have been needing to update ours for way too long now. (Did not see them on the store front)
As a 56 yr old mom I can't tell you how much I love watching smart talented young women who are accomplished homemakers and keepers of the family
I do appreciate this format of video. It does feel more like friends in the kitchen together.
I'm so glad!

What is the problem of using vegetable oil? Honest question here.

@@abigailbudan6485 Oh! So the problem is the refined oils. Thank you for answering me ☺️
Do a video on your reheat technique
I felt like I was watching a cooking show. Loved it!

Love meal prepping ♥️🤍💙
Everything looks delicious!! I have to try the strawberry baked oatmeal!!
It's so good!
Great recipes, great approach!
So it's ok to unthaw freezer meats, prep and refreeze?
If it’s been stored properly & thawed in the refrigerator, yes!
I’m glad you asked that, I was wondering the same thing.
I was always told to never refreeze food that had been frozen and thawed other than bread products. Thaw, cook then freeze okay though. So I certainly wouldn’t risk it personally.
I do it all the time... no issues!
The recipes all look wonderful! ❤️
If I were to put garlic in my bone broth, would you recommend whole cloves or mince them first?
I do like the more conversational style.
Hi Adeline. I love this style of video. It’s so much more personal. 💕
Glad you like it!
Love the style of this video!

I enjoyed your video! I also love how you pronounced Kinder's (it's usually pronounced "kin-ders").
Can you use blueberries instead of strawberries for the oatmeal?
Thank you for sharing! Your videos are such and encouragement to me! I didn't see the mixer on your Amazon page. Is it on a different site?
It's under "Kitchen & Cooking" on my Amazon store front! I just double checked and for some reason, it needed to be re-added. Thanks for letting me know!

I like the "live-talk" more the voiceovers. The live is just more real and spontaneous.
Thanks!
Great idea ❤
Very great ideas, subscribed
HI, question, is it ok to un-freeze the meat and freeze it back again? I heard that is not recomendable. 🤔
Winner Winner. chicken dinner, love your channel and content
Blessings
Great! Love it!!
That mixer is definitely one of the quietest I've seen.
I didn’t know you could thaw beef and refreeze it.
Love these new videos! Excited to see more!❤
I froze celery before and it was mushed when thawed, what did I do wrong?
It turns to mush anyway in a pot roast
For baked foods that call for vegetable oil I substitute no sugar applesauce. So far it works every time.
The sound of plastic bags n paper bags in my headphones cringggeee me out! Lol lovely vids thank you!
