VADOC Emergency Training Exercise

On May 29, the Virginia Department of Corrections participated in a full-scale emergency exercise with several local and state law enforcement agencies at Bland Correctional Center in Bland County.

That's good, but what is the emergency plan for the incarcerated should something happen on the inside? What's the plan for transporting 1-2K people should an emergency like that arise? Do you have the capacity to transport people to safety? Keep in mind, we do have people in prison who are wrongfully convicted as well as harshly convicted.
