@southerncajuncharm Na. He got her by being a butthole. Women love it. No matter how he treated her on the show she was willing to sleep with him. Even got preggo by him.
@@zm4522 can’t tell if being sarcastic or... But it’s clear her family thinks that. The show implies her family is very traditional middle America and would rather she be a stay at home mom.
@@richy1993 Biology would have to disagree on this one.. if all women didn’t want to have children we will all go extinct .. women really like to have children it’s in their DNA they all regret it once they get passed 35 in they are running out of eggs.
I think this just made me realize how much the way my family is makes me value a job almost over my family, and everything else... because my parents always did, but they had children to take care of, and I don't. It's detrimental when you're trying to accomplish anything outside of your job, like a degree. Christ. Really makes you reevaluate your priorities.
really wish Mandel had handled the character with more care. Weird that a woman who was so anti-kid and who did not want kids for herself until her mid 30s ended up wanting them.
@@orangefox1231 Amy was already in her 30s when the show started. She did not want kids, did not like kids, and did not like interacting with them. Every single time she interacts with children from season 1 to season 4 she is handing them off to other people because of her aversion to kids. I understand that there are many people who said they didn't want kids in their teens and 20s changing their minds near 30, but not when you're already 36. To me it seems like the only thing that changed was the director. Dan also changed a lot. I don't think season 1-4 Dan would have treated Amy that way. Season 3 Dan even jokes about him and Amy having kids.
I don't understand why people feel that if they put up a note saying that they don't intend copyright infringement, they think that there is no infringement.
Dan was actually sweet in this episode

Yeah, it was nice of him to throw her a bone (no pun intended).
Mandel ruined Dan
I really thought these two would be kinda like The Office's Jim and Pam of this show. How wrong I was 🤣
Amy Whitehouse... Nice one Dan
Amy's family is so annoying... At least she's DOING something with her life, gosh.
For women career shouldn’t be the priority

I am not being sarcastic women give birth it’s their major job having a career is optional
@@zm4522 having a baby is optional it is not their ‘major job’ as you put it. Their major job is what ever they choose it to be.

1:41 masterful acting

This show is Amazing Also Furlong needs his own show
1:49 One of the few times Furlong isn't a d-bag.
the actress who plays Amy is the kid from My Girl with makuli culkin.

Amy makes a lot of contradictory statements about her sister.
I own nothing.. that hit me
That doesn’t sound like one of Owen’s.
The irony of this is she actually did want a kid, but Dan didn't want to man up and be a dad so she had an abortion :'(
where was this? what episode
@@andif.4652 Pledge was the episode. Third one of the final season I believe. They go to Iowa to have an abortion.

Can anyone please tell me what is the episode or clip where Amy and Dan kiss or have their kissing scene? I can’t find it
