That thing is so cool never know what we're going to see on this channel one reason why I absolutely love it. Kind of like your buddy Darren you never know what he's going to be bringing home to get running again.
That thing is sweet!! Probably only weighs 1200lbs or so, even with Model A 4 banger it should be quite quick. Definitely fun. Sounds like an old Ford 8n tractor
9:29 Years ago when I was yet a young little buck Eddie Murphy did a SNL skit that was "Buckwheat's greatest hits" where he played Buckwheat from the Little Rascals (As a grownup) doing a TV commercial promoting his album of hits. One of those songs (Which I think is where you might have gotten the "NUB" thing from) was "Lookin Fer Luv In All The Wrong Places, lookin fer luv" Which of course being sung by "Buckwheat" came out as "Nookin Pu Nub en All the Wong Paces, Nookin Pu Nub". Etc. And so because it was the funny thing of the day it became a little saying and joke. Just like you did here. Except you didn't do it very much or very long. But it was cute.
15:49 LOL. Oh man I felt for ya there! Been there done that! LOL. Not fun either. It'll really give you a quick new found respect for all things electric, AC or DC!! LOL. So it's a fun looking machine! I don't know how tall ou are but either you need to cut a larger section out for a proper seat that will fit you or you need to sell it to shorter folks that will fit. LOL. Great video! Thank you!
I would not want to touch that chassis. Pull it off frame, use it as a template, and build a new chassis for this. Put the original up on a wall as art, keeping it safe and "revertible". Lots of times, people 30 years later say "some guy thirty years ago went-n-did...." :)
you can not measure power out of a coil like that for a start you is to the thousands of volts range and 2 it is so fast a digital meter wont read you have to ohm check the primary and secondary windings also netigitve disy side of the coil will be intermittent as it will ground out when cranking as points wil open and close if your getting grounding to outer case of coil the coil is bad as it should be insulated
Here's what I think you should consider... Cut the damn back and put a seat in it with a seat belt and a roll bar and some blinkers and lights and turn signals and register it for the road . Also the exhaust is better with a catalytic converter and do a cat back exhaust . And one last thing. A wind shield. 🍻
WOW! This is so cool!!!!

That's different. Like to see where you go with this. Get some leg room!

Sweet ride
Big dummy snapping that plug
16:46 not enough spark man your pants are still dry 😂
Grab a can of starting fluid and give it a short blast around the suspected carb intake leak while it's running. If it rev's up you got a leak.
I love it
Pretty cool. Is it a Model A running gear?
Are you in NH? I'm in portsmouth for a bit and would love to come by and check your shop out

Looks like Model A because it has a distributor and a 3 speed manual transmission
Who needs a belly tank when you can-do a canoe? I wish it had a canoe nose on it as well.
