我是台灣人出國搭過國泰全日空新航長榮,我必須要說即使國泰最近好像有比較多誤點問題或班機取消問題(我很幸運都沒碰到)但國泰還是一家很不錯的航空公司! 最讓我印象深刻的例子就是我改機票時間只要一通電話就完成!比起歐洲的航空公司(如法航)方便也快速! 在機上空服人員也都盡力的滿足每位乘客的需求! 今年暑假就看到一團台灣遊客在國泰機上吵吵鬧鬧任意換座位或霸佔座位(隔壁的香港人還說他們是大陸人自己聽到都尷尬了),但空服人員還是很有耐心地提醒她們其他旅客權益! 我以後還是會支持國泰!

應該沒有那麼嚴重吧,每次坐國泰的服務都很好的,但他們因為服務組員來自各地,所以以英文溝通為主,可能是有些旅客感覺沒有那麼親切的原因?

我坐過兩次國泰去台灣桃園機場， 回程時在台灣機場的櫃檯服務員非常沒有禮貌給黑面 ，兩次也是不好的經驗， 櫃檯服務員非常沒有禮貌。台灣櫃檯服務員需要重新訓練對顧客的態度。 我的行李太重，希望她能幫忙搬上行季磅磅重，但被她罵了一頓 ，我的朋友也愕然。 這個櫃檯服務員是女性短髮戴眼鏡的。
