Been a customer of the Airline for 21 years now and their service does beat PR which rivals Cathay Pacific on HKG-MNL. Economy class seating CX > PR since CX planes have power plugs as standard while A330-300 A321neo A350-900 PR versions Fiesta Class lack seat power plug as opposed to their Cathay Pacific versions.
I think the make up may had played a part. In the first 30 seconds or so Grace looks normal. Later puts on make up and hair pulled up and she looks great.
Cathay is the best airline in the world and that is why I only fly CX. Hope to one day become a pilot for them, will be my biggest accomplishment if it ever happens ;). Cheers from New York; I will always support you guys!
I've flown over a million miles, and Cathay Pacific's service is inconsistent. Once, on a flight from Toronto to Hong Kong, it was past 10 PM, but most crew were asleep while passengers were awake. I found this strange. Also, Cathay tends to have more crew members compared to other airlines, but it doesn't mean better service. On a 15-hour business class flight, I got hungry and uncomfortable twice due to long service gaps.
i don't believe if she lives in such a big house (almost 1000 sq. feet) in HK by to her salary or by her own effort. I think this video misleads many people.

Her English is not British accent for sure, most likely Canadian or American. She is charming and professional. A lot of praise on this nicely done video.
I wish I receive such service for my flights between LHR and HKG. Cathay has been non-stop promoting their brilliant service, but the reality is it is getting worse day by day.

Flight companies require such valuable services in 10 thousand feet because it is really a luxury.And surely it is a true enjoyable luxury. I like Cathay Pacific!

The supervisor speaks with obvious HK accent. But this particular flight attendant speaks much better English with no accent. I am impressed.
