It is the ground power cable connected to the airplane that caught fire. Not the airplane. Probably a dirty/corroded connector. The metal connections got hot from the increased resistance then started to burn.

This seemed to be an orderly exit.
It looks like an electrical fire, but I don't see a GPU. Airplane on the left is moving (engines running) with an evacuation going on nearby and passengers running around in the dark on the airside. Strange, isn't it?

SAFETY FIRST ?!? LOL !!! JUST LOOK AT ALL THE PASSENGERS THAT GOT THEIR BAGS OUT OF THE OVERHEAD! AND IT WAS NOT THE AIRCRAFT ON FIRE! IT WAS THE POWER CORD FROM THE LOADING BRIDGE!
@flightforensics4523 if this happened during boarding then most people would have already been in the isle with their bags. Of course they would walk off with them.
Even the plane is like get me the hell out of this crap hole city…
