He didn’t run, he was just driving along minding his own business. The cops were chasing a fleeing suspect.

Why do cops/sheriffs chase cars when they already know who is driving the vehicle, where they live, and so on. The chasing has to stop unless there is a hostage in the car. I wished white people would be more outspoken like the black people do.
Amen to that... the things cops chase people for is ridiculous... and even more ridiculous when you consider all lives ended and the suffering of the loved ones.. for what?
Anyone who thinks it's a good idea to let criminals get away is highly likely to be a criminal themselves. This person's death is entirely the fault of the fleeing criminal; she must be charged with felony murder and sentenced to life behind bars without the possibility of parole.
