That´s a great video and very informative but I have a question: What are "luts" ? I tried searching online but all I could find was a. An old timey german name b. A Skateboarding trick and I think both don´t really apply in this context.

It's a file that contains code to transform the numerical values of a file into something else. There are technical and creative LUTs out there that people use within their color grading workflow.
