Think of Poinciana as a small case y .......the top left corner is poinciana blvd, top right corner is pleasant hill, dead center you can consider the toll parkway and then the bottom takes you to the haines city area....other than that keep up the good work just became your 299th follower
Based off my experience in Orlando and Poinciana...ONLY move to poinciana if ur content with traveling miles elsewhere whenever u wanna have fun or shop, is not much to the town...also from a social POV, Orlando is where u know somebody for a day leave for a yr comeback and said somebody will still remember and embrace u...poinciana is where u know somebody for a yr leave for a day comeback n they act like u don’t exist😂 Take wat u will
I live in Parkview at Lakeshore still till today. I’ve lived in Kissimmee for 26 years and this went from farm land and orange groves to full blown housing development and crazy traffic. This use to be a drive by town with nothing interesting to do. Things have changed drastically….

How does the traffic get from there to shopping, the Loop, and entertainment. I've heard Pleasant Hill Road gets horrendous traffic, and that might be the only way in and out of Parkview at Lakeshore...Is this correct? Can U PLEASE let me know? Thank U kindly! 😊
@@patricianorman209it is absolutely horrible. The traffic will drive you up the wall. There's constant accidents. Most of the roads will destroy your suspension.
Where in Poinciana are you filming with sidewalks? Let’s make one the clear, you do not actually live in Poinciana unless you are in zip codes 34758 or 34759. Anything in 34746 is not in Poinciana, even if it is located off of Poinciana BLVD. There is a Poinciana Association, but it is only in the Poinciana Villages that reside in 34758 or 34759. This video seems shot in 34746 outside of Poinciana Villages and they are not actually on Poinciana, these are areas with higher standards, like sidewalks and sewer drains. In real Poinciana you get no sidewalk, a ditch and high restrictions to the APV (association).

Great video! But……… Traffic traffic traffic is horrible with no exaggeration. There is no retail shopping in poinciana which is always difficult because you have to drive far out to reach for shopping. I have owned my home in poinciana over the last 5 years I can say my neighborhood feels safe which is a plus. The traffic has me selling in the next 2 years.
Also, when they say bad traffic you don’t quite appreciate the level of honest here. ITS BADDD. There are two road in and out of the area that get blocked up. You can spend an hour in traffic with ghetto as drivers who will run into in a no fault driving accident state. DO YOUR RESEARCH PEOPLE.

Speaking about the nearby shopping would be helpful not just the cost to purchase. What Grocery stores are nearby..Are they in the immediate area or does one need to commute thru the congestion to the next town? Speaking on the cost to rent would also be helpful as everyone may not be in the position to purchase. Speak about the schools for those that have children. Are daycare centers nearby? Give your viewers a thorough understanding of what is in the area as many are unfamiliar and the info provided isnt quite enough to entice people .. What beaches may be nearby. Im selling my home now and looking to relocate I see alot of rentals in this area but i dont see much else to show me what is conveniently located in the area to shop. No one wants to be in constant traffic to simply buy groceries. Maybe add this information moving forward. Thanks.

This place is flooded with Ricans and you’d be surprised how many are transplants from NYC I personally recommend Kissimmee which is right above because the traffic is poinciana is absolute hell

Yes, it is an option. However if you are placing the whole property instead of a single room online for availability and for I believe it’s 3 or more times then you need a short term rental license. Stay away lol. Worst commute in the entire state. No longer affordable. Rent is up 1800 plus. The schools are terrible and overpopulated. Everything is far. No good gyms near by…. But it’s still better than living in NYC lol

It’s about 35-50 minutes depending on how traffic is at the time. For instance right now during 5:00pm traffic it’s about 45 minutes.
