Hopefully they add more stuff to downtown Kissimmee. I think the lakefront has a lot of potential for tourist stuff and maybe redevelop the downtown district. I see that they started to develop 2-3 more apartment complexes close to downtown.

BVL: When I got on Statefarm when I moved back to FL (I was in MD for 17 years and had GEICO,) the insurance guy said if we had moved to BVL, the insurance rate would've been even higher just due to the high rate of insurance fraud. Fun fact: GEICO literally wanted 3x the amount of $$$ for the EXACT, UNCHANGED, full-coverage plan- from $60/month to $300/month. This was in 2012. I had to leave them when we moved to area code 34744. This area has higher insurance rates for vehicles and homes. It's something people need to be aware of if moving to the area.
Hunter's Creek and the Loop are technically in south Orlando, the north side of Osceola parkway. I love that area. ❤️
Developers keep building and building, and our cows and fields are disappearing. We're full. 😩

Can be! I wouldn’t call it the best downtown but the whole Kissimmee area should give you many options for people to meet and stuff tondo
As a African American. I hear the latino population is roughly 70%. Will it be difficult to meet people without due to language barriers
no not at all. I am white as they come lol No even being married into a Hispanic family I can tell you language barrier or not the people in the greater Orlando area are some of the best I have ever met, this includes everyone. Sure there are bad eggs but I can promise you that you will find your place here as we all do!
I thought Florida was about the beaches
The beach’s are awesome but there is a lot to florida not on the coast.
