Great review! I have one and use a GH5 with the panny 12-35mm lens. I don't get any vibrating and it's actually extremely quiet but I do experience the horizon issue.
Great review man! A few things that you may have switched up. When you double tap the front, index finger button, the gimbal resets back to center or default position. That should fix the horizon issues. When you press the 'Mode' button 3 times, that's what rotates the gimbal 180 degrees, or into 'selfie mode'. The vibrating thing doesn't seem as noticeable on my set up ( I generally use the dual handle setup), but I have felt it when I wasn't balanced properly. Im glad you did a review for the a2000! Been curious what your feedback would be since you have used most of the competitors.
really informative thanks. I have this gimbal but continue to have problems balancing correctly. camera and lens weigh less than 2 pounds so weight isn't the problem. if you have any vids on balancing maby let me know. thanks
Love this gimbal, grabbed it last week, the only problem I’ve had is When I shot in the cold for about an hour all of my handle controls were unresponsive and still are
i have the two handle grip version of this paired with an a6500. definitely get a lot more control with the dual, and i think the form factor is really nice and compact. you can set it down without a mini tripod! I have noticed the same horizon issues though and also that remote shutter doesnt work in timelapse mode. Also really wish that start/stop recording were accessible through the gimbal
im thinking about getting a gimball soon but dont want to spend a whole lot. worth the price overall? I also vlog and shoot my shorts with a mirroless camera EVNSV.
yeah its definitely worth it. i think the a2000's real advantages are the trigger button for lock mode and vlog mode, and the two handle setup (costs a lil more, but worth it to me). but honestly, you cant go wrong with any of the big 3: moza air, zhiyun crane 2, feiyu a2000.
Hey, thanks for review! I got this gimbal with 2 handle grip in just 2 paper boxes. I very surprised that you have a case for it. Because boxes are so uncomfortable to transport and as it paper it is not all weather and so on. But except this, my gimbal is very stable and not vibrate as previous model MG2. I used on Sony 6300 and 6500
Great video. You are right about value for the price. Why do most camera gimbals have a motor that blocks view of the camera's screen? I find this distracting and shouldn't need to purchase a separate monitor to view what I am recording.
Hello I love your videos are very good, but you could recommend a camera to make my videos something like RUclips that is good but does not cost much ..? Thank you
It's always intereseting to see reviews of gear I too own. I have this gimbal for a few months now, I got both single and dual handle, actually using them both depending of how much stuff I need to put on frame (light, mic...), easier to circle smoother with dual handle setup. It almost never vibrates on dual handle, when gripping with both hands. On single handle setup on some angles it starts doing that if you loosen your grip pressure and if It's held tighter it stops doing that, like it needs stronger base, firmer grip, so it can be controlled that way. I leave IBIS on GH5 on, it works fine and it compensates vibrations too. Horizon is ok, and there's gimbal reset option (don't remember the procedure, it's in the manual). Overall I love it, it's relatively cheap and it carries decent weight, only one bug, imagine I use one handle only, when I start to lift that handle up from vertical to horizontal position (behind the camera, not on the side), then just before I reach that horizontal line the camera jerks to left a bit, it almost does it every time, can you test that please?
Thanks for the helpful review. Much better than the unboxing one that you did. Been sitting on the fence about this gimbal for some time, but now it's significantly dropped in price
YC i love the video Quality is always so awesome man. I think it's possible that the firmware needs to be updated or needs to be calibrated. I use to have the same issues with my moza once I updated the firmware and calibrated it was the SMOOTHEST THING EVER.
@YCImaging Is anyone using this with a speedbooster and having problems balancing it, i have to attach it to the speedbooster instead of the actual camera because of the bottom piece on the speedbooster... please help, I have the viltrox speed booster with canon 50mm 1.8 & lumix gh4...I had this same problem with flycam hd5000 and can't get it to balance either.
Mannnnn I was going to get one of these with the dual handle kit but everywhere I looked it was on back order! lol Luckily yesterday I was Able to find a Came Tv Argo Gimbal for a pretty awesome deal on eBay and I guess they are supposed to be pretty similar to the ronin m in design and use.
Actually turned out to be the way I had my lens configured on my GH5, apparently when using the Laowa 7.5mm you’re prompted to with the focal length input on GH5, I never did that! When I actually did that from a comment suggesting it it worked perfectly and utilized the IS of the GH5 and didn’t have those weird jitters.
Brende I do it’s amazing!! super smooth I also have the dual handle, it allows me to add extra accessories such as a monitor or Led light if I’m filming at night
I'm so happy you made this. Was hoping to buy one soon. At this point I'm just like... Whenever he says he's not gonna make "those" videos again, just wait a month😂😂.
Why is everyone doing stuff in slow motion? There is no way I can get a true representation of how these gimbal work unless we see it in real time.....Please show us in "realtime"
are you really asking us IS IT WORTH THE MONEY... i dont care what u say nomore it costs 400 and it gives me that footage bruh its worth the zhiyun crane which is the best gimbal after the ronin series is 800 Circa this is half the price and from my point of view the same damn footage
you actually don't have the camera mounted the right way, your side of the camera should be as close as you can get by letting the camera sit against the motor, you have your camera weighed in the center, it needs to rest against the motor brah.
Do you have this kind of problems with a2000: ruclips.net/video/WZlIttNRv2U/видео.html I sent this one (in video) back and bought a new one but there are same problems.
Thank you brother, been doubting and doubting but hearing an opinion from someone I know I can trust with this sorta stuff really helps
Such a beautiful vid, subbed 👊🏻
Great review! I have one and use a GH5 with the panny 12-35mm lens. I don't get any vibrating and it's actually extremely quiet but I do experience the horizon issue.
Nice, quick review. Thanks!
You really do have videos covering everything we need👍🏽

I just grabbed the a2000. You Still liking it? And appreciate the info about the horizon because i've been seeing that on reviews.
yeah i see alot of ppl talking about the vibration but that only happens to me when the balancing is off
Great video. The calm of it really emphasized the already really good footage and information you provided.
Dope review bro!! Keep them coming!!!
Another great vid 👍 keep it up 👏👏
Thanks for the video, really appreciate it.
My setup is A 2000 + Canon 6D with 24-105 lens
this was a great review actually. You highlighted all the major points in good timing ( without the unnecessary talk) well done
I say a gimbal is definitely worth it. Sometimes it's a hassle to use but when we can use it for our vlogs it's just a game changer for A and B roll
What gimbal are you guys using? Looks like you had a great time in the states!!
Brende We're from the states haha but we use the Zhiyun Crane :)
This with dual handle grip or Moza Air?
Is there a way to get the smaller case as I cant seem to find it online?
really informative thanks. I have this gimbal but continue to have problems balancing correctly. camera and lens weigh less than 2 pounds so weight isn't the problem. if you have any vids on balancing maby let me know. thanks
Love this gimbal, grabbed it last week, the only problem I’ve had is When I shot in the cold for about an hour all of my handle controls were unresponsive and still are
This man is helping me out so much
Nice review. Have been thinking about this one and may just make that purchase.
The horizon issue does concern me however.

Thanks for the honest review
Concise and to the point. Very helpful; thank you from the UK! :)
It’s strange, the double handle for my gamble works great, but the single handle won’t initialise at all ?
Any info on the basketball trainer and his facility..? I would love to find out!
Wonderful review.
Which would you pick the deity a2000 or the Zhiyun Crane 2 (not v2)
Hey, thanks for review! I got this gimbal with 2 handle grip in just 2 paper boxes. I very surprised that you have a case for it. I really liked your review, it was a pleasure to watch!
How does it handle the front weight on the Sigma 18-35mm on a smaller body like the a6300, even though it's under the max payload????
Hey what’s the rig being used to record the man working out called?
I need help? What gimbal/steady cam should I buy within my $200 budget?
do you know what shoulder rig dude in your video is using during the sports b roll?
Great review. Thank you!
Would you prefer this (a2000) or the zhiyun crane v2? they are the same price, and im trying to decide on which to get. Also thoughts on the a1000?
Great video. You are right about value for the price. Why do most camera gimbals have a motor that blocks view of the camera's screen? I find this distracting and shouldn't need to purchase a separate monitor to view what I am recording.
YC the GOAT!!!! Thanks for this.
Been looking forward to this one ever since i mentioned it in a live stream!!! Whats it like compared to the moza air??
Let’s go! Intro clean!
Notification Gang 🤟🏾🔥
Hey mate! Do you use any denoiser or something before grading?
Hello I love your videos are very good, but you could recommend a camera to make my videos something like RUclips that is good but does not cost much ..? Thank you
This video gave me a great insight on this gimbal! Thank you
Review right on time. Thanks!
Great Work!🔥
Can I use a field monitor with this gimbal?
Hi My friend What is best for u ? Tech a2000 or Zhiyun-2 ? What your advice for they ?
This gimbal looks perfect for beginners and users of the a63/65 cams. I was searching for a cheaper gimbal for the longest thanks 👌🏿👌🏿

zhiyun crane 2 vibrates alot 2??
Does it work with lumix cameras?
Was there any firmware update to fix the vibration?
How would you compare it against the ronin which is better
Thanks for the helpful review. Much better than the unboxing one that you did. Been sitting on the fence about this gimbal for some time, but now it's significantly dropped in price
what are your export settings from premiere pro?
Thank for the review. It's very helpful.
Please can you do a tutorial on the easy to balance the feyuitech a2000. Thanks once again
DOES THIS ROTATE - TILT - ROLL - PAN - UNLIMITED 360?
DOES IT VIBRATE? I HEARD OTHERS COMPLAIN ABOUT IT
5 years later, hola! lol.. Have you ever experienced the gimbal going in to selife mode on its own? Mid film?
My a2000 vibrates when in inverted position. Why?
Feiyutech support is not answering my question.
What grade do you use for most of your thumbnails. Especially this one
It’ll be on the Branding Kit 2.0
Thanks bro....might have to be a pick up for me
What kind of shoulder rig was that the cinematographer in the video was using?
DM2 FILMS SmallRig
YC i love the video Quality is always so awesome man. I think it's possible that the firmware needs to be updated or needs to be calibrated. I use to have the same issues with my moza once I updated the firmware and calibrated it was the SMOOTHEST THING EVER.
Looks cool but I already bought the AirCross basically the same specs.
Gotta ask, why all the broll of not the gimble?
B-Roll of the gimbal in use...?
Thanks. I think the DJI Ronin S is still the best option. I'll wait for its availability. I skipped this one and the Crane 2.
I️ still wanna try the 3 axis version but just by looking at the pictures I️ feel like it would work better than the 3 axis zhiyun crane
Thanks for your thoughts, Im thinking of getting one for my Sony RX10 IV...hopefully weighing at 2lbs it should be good. Thanks again
This was a good video 👌🏾
KristynAlexis and you are pretty
Great review, great alternative to Ziyhun and Moza
where can we see the video thats being shot?
Tino is working on it now.
What about that wiggle not smooth, that you noticed on the last review about the a2000? You said Smh.. how did you correct that?
Actually turned out to be the way I had my lens configured on my GH5, apparently when using the Laowa 7.5mm you’re prompted to with the focal length input on GH5, I never did that! When I actually did that from a comment suggesting it it worked perfectly and utilized the IS of the GH5 and didn’t have those weird jitters.
YCImaging i’ve tried two a2000 with muy a6300 tokina 11-16 and still have this problem, dont know what to do
Borja Llorens my a6300 an 30mm 1.4 im having a hard time as well
Early Squad💯
5D X + Ronin S = 2018 ?
The zhiyun crane works wonders check the one out.
Do you have the new one? I'm thinking about upgrading to it, mainly because the payload is better.
Brende I do it’s amazing!! super smooth I also have the dual handle, it allows me to add extra accessories such as a monitor or Led light if I’m filming at night
Wait, so which of the four most liked features in the gimbal’s entirety was your favorite again?
Do the firmware up and get back with us
Well is it?
You're using Epidemic Sound music bro! 🙌🏼 the only way I know is because I used the same song for my Guatemala trip video 😂
ES is the way to go! Best subscription service I pay for.
I'm so happy you made this. Was hoping to buy one soon. At this point I'm just like...
Whenever he says he's not gonna make "those" videos again, just wait a month😂😂.
Nah I’ve been sitting on this review, trust me after the Crane 2 the gimbal reviews are OVER!
when is the crane 2 dropping. especially with the sigma to 18-35 combo
Nice review, I am an owner of a2000, it's really great, the video really very stable and smooth. It is worth the money.
Team ronin
Sounds like a giveaway to a new/beginner local VA creator for his new G85? lol
Why is everyone doing stuff in slow motion? There is no way I can get a true representation of how these gimbal work unless we see it in real time.....Please show us in "realtime"

Love your work by the way man!!!
scared of the vibrating
Do you have this kind of problems with a2000: ruclips.net/video/WZlIttNRv2U/видео.html
I sent this one (in video) back and bought a new one but there are same problems.
what's up with your eyes bro? i think you sould get some eye drop
Lmao, you SOUND like you're over this review. You dead not excited about it at all.
That posture you are using, it's just asking for a real bad back issue in the future. Keep a neutral spine! You will thank me in 10 years.
Useless video o_o
You repeat your points too often.
