I’ve been doing this same rebuild. Took Ligue 2 by storm, winning the league outright with three matches to play. Having some trouble figuring the tactical ideas for the first season up, though. Thinking about playing Dyche-ball after picking up a big target up top and a couple of Wingers with excellent crossing.
that meeting was hilarious lol, i just imagined everyone giving you a dead look while you were trying to giving inspiration, failing to regain their approval, and then everyone just akwardly walking off the room
I did a save with ASSE last year, and remember some of the players I was looking down on at the beginning actually being better than I thought they would be, not world class but solid contributors. The other thing that happened was I had a fantastic youth intake my first year, ASSE has one of the best Youth setups in the world and the game, expect some quality there. Looking forward to whats nex!
This save is gonna be great. St Etienne were my starting team in FM24 also! Got the promoted via playoffs in the first season - almost got them relegated in the second season (first in ligue 1) then had a massive overhaul at the end of season two which boosted us all the way into the europa league by finishing fifth in only our second season in the league! Third season started just aswell maintaining 2nd/3rd around December but I had to wave bye bye to the green of Etienne for the green of Sporting 😢
Thomas the libero. i bought him 2nd ssn for my ligue 2 sochaux. 3 goals first 5 matches as a libero. His ppms/attributes combo is so good for that role. Hoping you'll get alot of fun out of that dude

From your videos I learn that's all is about your creativity and your skill to observing the match form and tactic. Sorry for my bad English😅 but you still the best channel that I learned about tactics and managerial things. Anyway, my team formation is 41221 or 433 with DCM the same as you. Thx u anywayy👌👑

Hello Mr. Tom. I currently struggle to play big clubs(League 2+). Do you have any tips? A major reason is that i get overwhelmed by the big amount of players because i started with a national league club
